#DareToDream Challenge :

** The #DareToDream Challenge is applicable to all Indian Nationals residing in India
** The Challenge will be active between 1st July 2017 00:00 AM to 7th July 2017 23:59pm.

** Participants must Follow Asus India Facebook Page (@AsusIndia), Twitter handle (@ASUSIndia), Instagram Handle (@asusindia).
** There will be 3 winners in total that will be eligible to win the Zenfone AR phone at the end of the Challenge period from Asus India.
** The winners will be announced on 13th July ’17 on Facebook and Twitter.
** The participation starts with sharing the Asus India Challenge Announcement Post asking to take part in the #DareToDream Challenge.
** Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Asus India.
** Winners will be chosen on the basis of creativity, feasibility and originality of the idea shared by the participant.
** No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
** The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
** Phone winners need to share the requested identity and contact details with Asus India within 48 hours of announcement.
** Any information shared after the Last Date has passed will not be considered valid.

** ASUS team will verify the participant’s details and upon successful verification that the participant is a genuine Facebook user and not a fake profile or a duplicate profile and the participant has taken the necessary steps for participation as announced in the FB post about this sweepstake, only then the participant’s entry will be treated valid.

** The gratification will be dispatched to the customer’s address as provided by her/him within 15 days of receiving the details.
** The responsibility of providing the correct address, identity and contact details rests with the participant.

** After dispatching the gifts, any concerns related to the postal details and delivery should be communicated to Asus India within 10 days of winner announcement, after which Asus India will not be liable to address any issues regarding this dispatch.

** Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account, Facebook account and Asus India Facebook page for notifications or other communications related to this activity.

** Employees of, ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE under this offer.

** Asus India reserves the right to cancel or amend the Challenge and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event out of the Company’s control.

** Any changes to the Challenge will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by the Company.

ASUS India reserves the right:
(a) to disqualify any entry, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions. No intimation shall be sent to the participants who are disqualified and/or not amongst the qualified entries.

(b) to decide whether a replacement participant should be selected in the event any buyer is disqualified from the offer.
(c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a participant who is under the age of 18.
