Terms and Conditions :
1. Maruti Suzuki India Limited (“Maruti Suzuki”) is holding a contest titled #ErtigaHolidayDiaries from 30th June, 2017 to 10th August 2017, which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law. The Contest is currently being run on Facebook (@MarutiSuzukiErtiga), Twitter (@Ertigabymaruti) and Instagram (@maruti_ertiga).

2. The Contest is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above, except employees of Maruti Suzuki and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies, which includes their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management Company.

3. Eligibility: To be eligible for this Contest, the participant must be a follower of “@Ertigabymaruti” on Twitter, @MarutiSuzukiErtiga on Facebook & @maruti_ertiga on Instagram.

4. Instructions for Participation:
(i) To participate in the contest, participants must share their holiday stories with a holiday picture in the comment section of the contest posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
(ii) Only images supported by captions will be eligible for this contest. Kindly note, the objective is to share your vacation pictures along with suitable captions.
(iii) There will be one winning entry from Facebook, one from Instagram and one from Twitter.
(iv) Participants have to follow/tag our brand handles. It is mandatory to use the hashtag #ErtigaHolidayDiaries in all entries alongside the title of picture of their Ertiga uploaded on these social media web portals for purpose of this Contest.
(v) The winner will receive gift vouchers worth Rs.2000/-.

5. Participating in the “#ErtigaHolidayDiaries” contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the Contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

6. Winners shall be selected at the sole discretion of Maruti Suzuki India Limited. For avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that Maruti Suzuki will appoint a Judge especially for evaluation of these pictures, who will on the basis defined above, will select weekly winners and a grand prize winner.

7. Winners will be announced on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram page of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.

8. The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance.
9. The winners will be asked to share their ID proofs through Facebook direct message to claim the prize.

10. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of Maruti Suzuki.
