Slogan/Poster/Poem/Essay Competition :

We are inviting the slogan/poster/poem on 5-S. Individual member of the circle, individual associate and life member of QCFI, may send their all the entries through email in PDF format to ncqc.comp@qcfi.in , posters also be scanned and sent through email .

Essay will be only on the theme of the convention in Hindi/English in maximum 400 words. Last date to receive is 15th Oct 2017.

Results will be declared through our website. Winners will get certificate and those who are participating in NCQC’17 as delegate will also get memento on 3rd Dec’17. Time and place will be communicated well in.

Skit competition:
The theme of the skit to be related to Quality Concepts. Interested groups are requested to send their skit write-up through email on or before15th Oct 2017. Selected 6 skits will be allowed to present on 3rd Dec’17 tentatively from 11.30 AM. Time for each skit will be max.10 minutes. Those who are participating in skit competition shall opt for oral case study presentation 02.12.2017 only.

Quiz Contest:
Teams who are interested to participate in Quiz competition may register their circle through online at the time of slot allotment/booking. This could be done after payment received by QCFI for the registration on first cum first serve basis.

First 100 circles will be allowed in this. There will be 20 waiting lists also so that in case of absenteeism of the circles already nominated, wait listed circles may be allowed. Best 20 teams will be allowed to participate in final live quiz.

Only three members from each selected team will be allowed for live quiz on 3rd Dec’17 at 2 PM in main Pandal Model Exhibition:

Those circles who are bringing their model for display during the case study presentation will be allowed to present their model in one slot of three hours duration on 1stDec 2017from 8.30 AM to 11.30AM or 2nd Dec’17 from 8.30 to 11.30 am or from1.30 to 4.30pm.First 100 circles will be allowed on “first registered first serve basis”. This could be done at the time of slot allotment. Best 25 selected circles in model exhibition will be awarded on 3rd Dec’17.

Kaizen Competition:
This year we are introducing Kaizen competition mainly to bring out creative talent of individual at all levels. Even one person can also present the Kaizen through model/chart/clippings etc., on the allotted slot for presentation in Model exhibition area. This will be evaluated by panel of judges and marks will be given out of 50.

They have to send the Kaizen implemented by them along with benefits of the Kaizen certified by the management through email ncqc.comp@qcfi.infor pre-evaluation (50 Marks) on or before 15th Oct 2017. They will be awarded based on the total marks in valedictory session.

Home Kaizen/5-S:
Those who are participating in NCQC’17 as delegate will get a chance to present their creative ideas implemented at Home under Kaizen/5-S. They have to send the brief description of the activity carried out with photographs/photographs of the model to be presented through emailncqc.comp@qcfi.in on or before 15th Oct 2017.

Home Kaizen/5-S will be selected for the presentation in Model Exhibition on 1st Dec’17. Spouse of the delegate participating will be allowedwith free food coupons. Best 10 home kaizen/5-S will be awarded
