Banjara’s Sunshine Queen Contest 2015:
Contest Period:
The Banjara’s Sunshine Queen contest (“the Contest”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Indian Standard Time on May 29, 2015 and ends 4 weeks (28 days) later on June 25, 2015. Banjara’s can change the duration of the contest at any time.

Entry Requirements:
Banjara’s Sunshine Queen has the sole discretion to determine whether an entry is eligible. All entries must be the sole, original work of the entrants. Entries become the property of Banjara’s Sunshine Queen and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants and winners acknowledge and agree that their entries become the property of Banjara’s, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use entries in any way it sees fit. Automated, script, macro or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified.

Entries must be in keeping with Banjara’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by Banjara’s in its sole discretion, nor can it defame or invade publicity rights or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or proprietary rights. In such an event, the entry will not be posted online and will be disqualified from the Contest. Any entry not in compliance with the above and does not meet the Contest Website’s requirements will be disqualified. By entering, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the entry submitted.

How do I participate?:
1. Upload a picture of yourself enjoying a day out in the sun.
2. Play with our themes, moods and stickers. Turn that picture into a Sunshine Queen poster.
3. Share your poster on Facebook and get as many Likes as you can.

Voting and Winner Determination:
Open to women who are legal residents of India.

Voting and Winner Determination:
Each Facebook Like on an entry will be counted as a vote. At the end of each prize period (weekly), votes will be compared and the 25 entries with the most votes (for Weekly Prize) will be shortlisted. A panel of judges will then pick the 5 Weekly winners. At the end of the Contest period (4 weeks) votes will be compared and the 25 entries with the most votes (for Grand Prize) will be shortlisted. A panel of judges will then pick the Grand winner. The panel members may be changed at the sole discretion of Banjara’s. Each Facebook user is eligible only for 1 prize of each type: Weekly and Grand. However, one entry can win both, Weekly and Grand prize.

Counting Votes:
For weekly prize, votes will be counted for the first 7 days (168 hours) after an entry is published. For Grand prize, votes will be counted till the end of the contest.

Prizes:
First 500 individual entries will win a Banjara’s Multani + Orange Face Wash each. 20 Weekly winners (5 winners per week for 4 weeks) will receive Banjara’s goodie bags. 1 Grand winner will be awarded a MakeMyTrip Gift Voucher worth Rs. 20,000. All terms & conditions are applicable as per MakeMyTrip policies to redeem the Gift Voucher. Statutory deductions will be applicable.

General Rules:
The Administrator will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential winner within 24 hours from the time winner determination was accomplished. If Administrator is unable to reach the potential winner within this time frame, she will be disqualified and an alternate will be determined.

Conditions:
Winner acknowledges and agrees that her entry becomes the property of Banjara’s, which thereby has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote and otherwise use Entries in any way it sees fit in connection with advertising or promoting the Banjara’s brand and products in any medium, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Entrant shall have no right to review or approve edits, alterations or modifications, and the Entrant waives the benefit of any provision of law known as “moral rights”. No information regarding Entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Contest. By submitting an entry, you represent: (a) that the entry is your own original creation that has not previously been published or publicly shown or won a prize or award; and (b) any and all rights to the entry belong to you and the entry does not infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third party.
