CTC encourages professionals to keep their passion for arts alive while they continue to pursue their professional goals. CTC is an opportunity for corporates to engage employees, build stronger communities and enhance employer brand value.

The city finales taking place in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune and Bangalore are going to see a new twist, The Relive Fest, the best blast from the past. Besides the in-premise auditions, corporates can engage employees beyond the metro cities through CTC Cyber.

CTC Cyber is an online competition wherein employees can upload their videos in the respective categories and invite votes for the same. CTC judging panel will evaluate the videos on the basis of the performance as well as the votes aggregated.

PAN India top performances based on voting of each category i.e. Solo Singing, Solo Music, Solo Dancing and Group Dance, will qualify for India Grand Finale, a televised event.

This year engage4more has opened entries to individuals working with corporates to apply for CTC in addition to corporate sending in their employees for the coveted platform. engage4more was overwhelmed by the number of individual corporate employees that reached out and shared their eagerness to participate in CTC when their companies were unable to participate as a corporate entity.

So, any individual working with a registered company anywhere in India can participate through a simple online process.

Besides the in premise auditions, this year corporates can engage employees beyond the metro cities through “CTC online?. Its an online competition wherein employees can upload their videos in respective category and invite votes for the same. CTC judging panel will evaluate on the basis of performance and the no. of votes participant would aggregate. Winners of CTC online will perform in India Grand Finale.
