The 2017 edition of Science has not only gone digital but also spread over almost 8 months with league rounds for 6 months and a grand Finale in comparison to previous years’ 2 stages.

The 2017 edition has lots more exciting prizes to be won by young science enthusiasts. The new structure of Science Quiz 2017 is as follows.

Eligibility :
The 2017 Science Quiz is open for students presently in class VI, VII, VIII, IX & X

Registration and Preparation:
Register for the science Quiz 2017 at www.thesciencequiz.com using your Gmail ID and mobile number (whatsApp Number).

This Gmail ID is to be used for all future logins and the Mobile number will be used for any future communication regarding Science Quiz 2017.

There are 6 Monthly League Rounds and for each month a topic will be announced. The monthly SQ Magazine based on the topic of the month will be made available to all participants through

Is there any Last date to register for the Science Quiz 2017?:
As such there is no last date to register for Science Quiz 2017 but Since your participation in the Final Quiz is based on number of SQ Coins you have earned during the League rounds we recommend you to register well before so that you can participate in as many quizzes as possible.

If I have registered in the mid of league round won’t my chances of getting into final Quiz be less?:
Not completely! since number of participation is not fixed in final Quiz any student having minimum required SQ coins after Validation round will get chance to be the part of Final Quiz.

Moreover there are some BONUS POINTS with each Quiz you attempt. As you know each Quiz is of 500 SQ Coins. There will be 200 Bonus SQ Coins for attempting the Quiz on DAY 1 and getting more than 90% correct. by securing more bonus points you can bridge the shortcoming.

Terms & Conditions :
1. Participation to the Science Quiz 2017 is only allowed through online registration mode. visit www.thesciencequiz.com for registration.
2. You can Start Participating in the Science quiz from any league round. But participation in the mega event is based on eligible SQ coins at the end of validation round.
3. The Organizers of the quiz retain the rights to make any changes in the event, its format, date and rules and in the matter related to the event, at any time before or during the event.
4. Once you register for the event you indicate your acceptance that the decision of the organizers and quizmaster will be final and binding on all issues related to The 2017 Science Quiz and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
5. The medium of communication for this Quiz will be only English.
6. Rules applicable for the particular stage will be communicated to the participants only just before the Quiz.
7. By registering for the event, you also indicate your acceptance that the organizers can send you communication from time to time regarding The 2017 Science Quiz.
8. By entering the event venue and/or participating in the Quiz, the attendees permit themselves to be Photographed / Video graphed / Recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast / publication and other display usage of the organizers.
9. All tax liabilities wherever applicable will be the responsibility of the recipients of the prizes.
