Please read these terms& conditions carefully. By proceeding with participation in‘Share your style contest’( ‘Offer’), the participant agrees to be legally bound by these terms. If the participant does not agree to these terms, he/she should not participate in the Offer.

The Offer is being hosted by Panasonic India Pvt Ltd, a Company having its registered office at 6th Floor, ‘SPIC’ Building Annex, No. 88, Mount Road, Guindy, Chennai 600032, Tamil Nadu and corporate office at 12th Floor, Ambience Tower, Ambience Island, Behind Ambience Mall, NH-8, Gurgaon 122002, Haryana (‘Company’).

The Offer is an offer by Company whereby any participant can share his/her beauty tip or image on facebook.com/panasonicindia/app_208195102528120. The most liked tip / image will win a Company beauty product ( ‘Prize’) every week depending upon the availability. The participant shall have to register on the above mentioned webpage by feeding required personal information.

Also, by participating in Offer, the participant:
Warrants that he/she has read and understood and agrees to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
Warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she has submitted.
Warrants the originality of the tip/image.

Offer Duration :
The Offer is valid from 1st Oct 2015 to 14th Oct 2015 on all participating entries (tip / image) received on  across all the States of India except Tamil Nadu.
Week 1 (01/10/15 to 07/10/15) winners will be announced on 9 Oct’15
Week 2 (08/10/15 to 14/10/15) winners will be announced on 16 Oct’15

Details of Offer:
Share your style contest: The most liked entry every week (each from Tip / image)on facebook wins a Company beauty product (may vary depending on availability). However, a participantwon once will not be considered for contest again in the subsequent weeks. In such a scenario, the second most liked (tip / image) will be the winner.

General terms
** Winners will be announced on Company Facebook on 9th & 16th Oct’15 respectively.
** Prizes will be delivered at address provided by the winners. The Prizes may vary depending upon availability.No complaint in this regard shall be entertained and Company shall not be held liable in this regard.

** The shape, size and colour of actual product may vary, and shall be subject to the availability and may not necessarily be as per the choice of the participant. In case if the specified model is not available then the nearest alternative would be given with a higher MRP.

** The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
** The winners shall only be selected basis no of likes for their tips / images shared.
** All rights for the contest are reserved with Company.
** In case of any dispute the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all the parties. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi only.

** The Offer is not open to the Company employees and their immediate family members and other agencies involved in the offer with Company.
** Any participant who manipulates the Offer in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of Company. In such event Company shall not be liable to consider even a valid registration by the participant thereafter.
** Company reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer or to withdraw it completely.

** Company is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/ services being offered as Prize, nor is it liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by way of Offer. Company is also not liable for any defect/ deficiency in the Prize so offered or availed, by the participant by way of Offer.

** The Prizes under the Offer are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.

** All Prizemust be claimed by the participant, along with the documents specified herein below. The documents required to be submitted by the participant include the following (the document list is only inclusive and not exhaustive and can change as per the requirements of Law):
Identity proof
Address proof

** This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion. These Terms and Conditions are subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Company.

** The participant hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Company and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that the participant may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account availing the Offer.

** The participanthereby agrees and undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Company and/or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses, either direct or remote that they may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claim to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the any act or omission of the participant.

** The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable mandatory national, state and local laws.
