The Make My Day Kit Contest :

The Make my day contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before participating in this Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Contest:
(i) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(ii) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Mobile Application;
(iii) Your delivery address should be within the territory of India; and
(iv) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details Of The Contest & How To Enter:
This Contest will commence from 27th July, 2017 at 00:00 AM (IST) and end on 27th July at 11:59 PM (IST) (“Contest Period”).

In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must:-
(a) navigate to the event page on the Mobile Application; and
(b) guess the maximum number out of the 10 products forming a part of either of the 4 Make my Day lists (“Party tonight kit”, “Boys’ day out kit”, “Bad Hair day kit”, “Acne breakout kit”) on the Mobile Application.

In order to successfully guess/identify the products forming a part of the Kit, you must visit the respective product page. If the guess is correct and the product forms a part of any of the Kits, a sticker will appear on the product page.

To be eligible to win, click the message on the respective product pages. There is one sticker per product page, only the first click per sticker will be counted towards eligibility to win.

If you fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned in sections 2 and 3 above, you will be entitled to a random draw of lots. A total of 25 participants will be selected from the random draw of lots.

The 25 selected participants from the draw of lots will receive an e-mail with a Contest question which is to be answered within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the e-mail and follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail.

The participants who answer the Contest question correctly and within the stipulated time period will be announced as the Contest winner(s) on or before 28th August 2017.

Each declared winner(s) will be eligible to win a curated gift hamper containing beauty & grooming products from one or more of the following brands:
(a) Lakme
(b) L’Oreal Paris
(c) NYX Professional make-up
(d) Braun
(e) Forest Essentials
(f) Amazon.in Gift cards

(collectively, “Prize(s)”).

Each potential winner will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit or prize awarded in any other promotion /contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of 25 Prizes that will be given under this Contest to each participant who is declared a winner and complies with these T&Cs.

Each participant would be eligible to win only if he/ she has participated in the Contest in the manner provided under the ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’ Section above. Subject to these T&Cs, the Prize will be delivered to the winners on or before 28th August 2017.

You agree and acknowledge that Amazon or any of its affiliates does not have any role in the providing the Prize(s) and that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to the same or with respect to any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest and/ or the Prize awarded hereunder or any information thereof.

You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize and the use thereof.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the “Details of the Contest and the How to Enter” section above.
