College Gang Challenge :

The Contest shall commence at 11:30 hrs, 1st August, 2017 and ends at 23:59 hrs, 5th August, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

1. To participate in the Contest, You are required to do/ fulfill the following during the Contest Period:
a. Have a valid Facebook/Twitter/Instagram account, log into the same and follow Our Facebook/Twitter/Instagram Page;
b. Click a picture with your college or office gang in your trendiest outfits and share the picture as a comment under the contest post (“Entry”) with hashtag #BeTrendyAlways;
c. Tag 3 of your friends in the same post, challenging them to participate in the contest.

2. 5 lucky participants for ‘Trendiest College Gang’ and 5 lucky participants for ‘Trendiest Office Gang’ with trendiest Entry (“Winner/s”) shall receive a Flipkart Gift Card (“GC”) worth Rs. 1000 which can be used on the Platform to make purchases.

3. Winners will be announced by August 11, 2017 on Our Facebook Page, Instagram Page and Twitter Page and will also receive a confirmation in the form of a direct message from Our Facebook/ Twitter/Instagram Page. Winners are expected to reply to this confirmation with the required details by 18th August, 2017.

4. Winners will receive their Gift Card code in a direct message from Our Facebook / Twitter/Instagram Page by 30th September, 2017.

Preliminary :
1. This ‘India’s Trendiest College / Office Gang’ Contest (“Contest”) is being conducted on the Flipkart Facebook page (facebook.com/flipkart/) (“Facebook Page”), Flipkart Instagram page instagram.com/flipkart/) and Flipkart Twitter page (twitter.com/Flipkart) which page is managed and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), wherein the user (“You”, “Your” or “Participant”) has an opportunity to participate in the Contest (defined below), subject to these terms and conditions (“T&C”).

2. By participating in this Contest, You agree to be bound by:
a. These T&C;

b. The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards (flipkart.com/buy-gift-voucher) and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart.

c. The applicable terms and conditions of Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

8. This Contest is valid only in India.
9. Prizes shall not be settled in cash by Flipkart and is not transferable.
10. Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Contest, at any time without any prior written notice to You.
11. You are not bound in any way to participate in this Contest. Any participation is voluntary and the Contest is being made purely on a best effort basis.

12. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Contest, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Contest.

13. The minimum age of such participant shall be 18 years.

14. You confirm and acknowledge that you are aware that by participating in this Contest, you have given us rights to use your suggestion, name, photograph and other personal details for the purpose of this Contest.

15. Flipkart reserves the right to determine the Winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
