30 Day Fitness Challenge 2015:
www.worldofmoms.com recommends that participants read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully prior to accessing the application. Any usage of the application by the participant shall automatically mean his/her acceptance to these terms and conditions.

This activity will be open to all registered account holders (“participants”) subject to the applicable terms and conditions of www.worldofmoms.com, or otherwise.

Employees, officers and directors of www.worldofmoms.com and its agencies, their immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees/ officers/directors, whether related or not are not eligible to participate.

Challenge Guidelines:
The www.worldofmoms.com 30 Day Fitness Challenge is open to registered users of the www.worldofmoms.com platform.

Winner of 6 week Gold’s Gym package selection criteria:
The 30 Day Fitness Challenge will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by www.worldofmoms.com

Scope of www.worldofmoms.com’s liability:
www.worldofmoms.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the eligible applicants or any third person in relation to the entries. By virtue of submitting the entry, the eligible applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the eligible applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless www.worldofmoms.com, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may be raised by any third party.

Regardless of the merits of any such claim by a third party, www.worldofmoms.com shall be entitled to proceed on the basis that the Entry breaches these terms and conditions and may proceed against the eligible applicant as per legal remedies available. In the event that a selected entry is shortlisted and/or wins, and is later on challenged by a third party, www.worldofmoms.com shall have the right to disqualify the eligible applicant from participating in this 30 Day Fitness Challenge any further and / or collecting any prizes as available under this 30 Day Fitness Challenge.

Data Protection / Privacy Policy:
The eligible applicant is deemed to be providing personal information (as required) to www.worldofmoms.com. The eligible applicant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of such personal information by www.worldofmoms.com for purposes of this challenge. The eligible applicant shall be deemed to be familiar with www.worldofmoms.com’s privacy policy and user agreement. The event organizer is committed to keep all participants’ www.worldofmoms.com account, personal information and other sensitive data in the strictest confidence. The event organizer shall not reveal any of the participants’ information to third party without written permission from the players.

Schedule:
www.worldofmoms.com 30 Day Fitness Challenge will be held from 15th September till 14th October, 2015. Winners of the 6 week weight loss package from Gold’s Gym will be announced within 2 weeks of challenge closure. www.worldofmoms.com reserves the right to extend or modify the challenge at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same campaign landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.

Winning:
The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
** In the event 30 Day Fitness Challenge times are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of www.worldofmoms.com shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.

** Within 96 hours from the announcement of the results of the 30 Day Fitness Challenge, the winners shall be contacted by www.worldofmoms.com via email provided by the eligible applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the prize. The email sent by www.worldofmoms.com shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the winner(s).

** In the event the winner(s) fails to adhere to the instructions, that winner’s selection shall be invalidated and www.worldofmoms.com shall not be liable to that winner(s) in any manner whatsoever and may, at its sole discretion, select another winner(s). www.worldofmoms.com shall make a total of 2 (two) attempts to contact the winner as mentioned above.

** In the event that the selected winner cannot be reasonably contacted within 15 days from the date of announcement of the winner, he/she will be disqualified and will not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification hereunder and intimation of selection of an alternative winner by www.worldofmoms.com.

Eligible applicants must supply full details as required above, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize (as mentioned in paragraph 3). www.worldofmoms.com shall not be held responsible for ineligible entries or entries fraudulently made by the eligible applicant. Proof of age or eligibility is required.

General Rules:
** Winner agrees to cooperate with www.worldofmoms.com in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable).
** The winners will be required to furnish valid, government-issued photo identification and other documentation as required. If these documents are not furnished within the time specified, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these terms and conditions, the prize (as mentioned in paragraph 8) may be forfeited and an alternate winner will not be selected. By their entry, eligible applicants are agreeing to these terms and conditions and that the decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

** If, for any reason, the challenge (in whole or in part) is not capable of running by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical or system limitations or failures, acts of God or terrorist attacks, hacking, or any other causes which prevents the participant to participate in this challenge, www.worldofmoms.com shall not be responsible for the same. www.worldofmoms.com and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which shall be deemed to be void. www.worldofmoms.com and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the website of www.worldofmoms.com or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any entry information.

** Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or payment of accounts and may be subject to availability.
** www.worldofmoms.com reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary the prize with others of equal value, without assigning any reason or giving prior notification to the participants. However, www.worldofmoms.com shall not be liable for any delay or non-availability of a prize herein.
** All prizes are awarded “AS IS”. Any and all warranties for the prizes are contained in the manufacturer’s warranty. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.
** All taxes will be borne by the winner.
** www.worldofmoms.com reserves the final decision for prize redemption details.

** www.worldofmoms.com reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions of this event without prior notice. It will be the duty of the participants to check the campaign site from time to time for any updates/amendments/modifications etc. www.worldofmoms.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by the participants (without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive damages howsoever caused, including, but not limited to, business interruption or loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising hereunder even if notified of the possibility of such damage, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the participants taking part in, winning or using any of the prizes won herein, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

** By registering for the event, the participant agrees to receive any communications in relation to herein in accordance with the applicable law.
** By entering the event, the participant agrees that in the event that the participant is selected as a winner of one of the prizes referred to in these terms and conditions, the participant will make themselves available for reasonable publicity purposes related to the event and that (without limiting its rights), www.worldofmoms.com may conduct interviews and take photographs to be used for such publicity purposes and publication by www.worldofmoms.com as it deems necessary.
** All logos, trade mark and copyrights in relation herein shall be the sole property of www.worldofmoms.com or its licensors, as the case maybe.
** Failure by www.worldofmoms.com to enforce any of its right hereunder does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Eligible applicants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them while entering this competition.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
