For incentivizing and promoting “SHOP CJ”, Shop CJ Network Pvt. Ltd. (“SCN”) is conducting a promotion under the name “SHOP CJ INDEPENDENCE DAY PROMOTION 2017 – Ghar Bharo Sale” (“Promotion”) on Shop CJ Television Channel.

The period commencing from 5th Aug, to 15th Aug, 2017 , both days inclusive.

Participation in the Promotion:
All persons purchasing the Eligible Products on SHOP CJ Alive during the Promotion Period would be eligible to get a chance to win Promotional Benefits as offered by Shop CJ.

Under the Promotions, the Eligible Customer will get a chance to

a) Shop with SHOP CJ from 5th Aug to 14th Aug, 2017 and every hour 1 lucky customers stand a chance to win combo of all the products displayed on Shop CJ today (10 am to 10 pm),

b) Shop with SHOP CJ on 15th August, 2017 and every hour one lucky customer will stand a chance to win 4 return flight tickets (or return flight tickets for family) (between 10 am to 10 pm). (“Promotion Benefits”).

3. What do I stand to win?:

5. Do I still qualify as winner after cancelling/returning order?:
Ans: No, customer shall not qualify for the Promotional Benefits once the order is cancelled or returned.The prizes are only for those customers who are successful purchasers of products from SHOP CJ . The Customers who have cancelled/returned their orders will not be Included in the list of short listed winners.

6. How do you select the winners?:
Ans: Selection is done by our Computer generated mechanism. Our system selects the winners and we announce those winners at the end of show through a template on SHOP CJ Television Channel. The winner will also get outbound calls from SHOP CJ Customer Care and a Letter will be sent to the customer informing him about the details and the prize won.

7. How do I know if I have won the prize?:
Ans: SHOP CJ customer care agent will make a call to inform the winner. He will share the details of the prize won. Also, the customer will be receiving a letter from SHOP CJ with all the details on participation, prize won.

8. Will I qualify if I also purchase product from either of Shop CJ website, Mobile app or M-site?:
Ans. No, only those customers who buy products from SHOP CJ television channel will become eligible to participate in the contest. Buyers from Website & mobile app will not be considered as a participant.
