** We only provide a platform to list candidate profile of aspiring Grooms / Brides from the Marathi Christian Community who are of legal age for marriage.
** The quota of ‘Contact Views’ and ‘Expressions of Interests’ allotted to each candidate ha to be consumed within the Package time limit and cannot not be carried forward.
** In case the quota is exhausted before the time limit, candidate can request for ‘Top Ups’ as per prevailing charges
** Though marathichristian.com endeavours to verify the credentials of candidates registering on the site, our verification process is limited to verifying with Church and References.
** We strongly advice all members to conduct proper verification of candidate credentials (including education, job etc) before engaging in any interaction with prospective matches.

** Data is registered by individuals and consultants. Consultant charges may apply on consultant’s candidates

** The approval/rejection shall be purely at the discretion of marathichristian.com.
** Though some of the reasons for rejection of candidate profile are (the list is not exhaustive) – candidate is not from the Marathi Christian Community, wrong information provided, candidate may be found to have illegal/immoral/anti social/criminal/terrorist background, misuse of the portal, non payment of proper dues etc.
** It is not bound on marathichristian.com to explicitly furnish any reasons for rejection of candidate profiles
** It is the responsibility of the candidate to intimate marathichristian.com in writing by mail or email if they want to delete or withdraw their profile from the site
** It is the responsibility of the candidate to intimate marathichristian.com when they get married so that their profile is removed from the site.
** Payments once made are non refundable
** Any dispute shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
