** The Contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years and above, except employees of Sterling Agro Industries Ltd including all its affiliate/associate entity, all the managing agencies and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging the Contest.
** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to participate in this Contest.
** By entering this Contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
** The route to entry in the contest is through Social Networking site such as “Facebook”, “Twitter” and “Instagram”. Multiple entries from the same person will not be considered, only one entry per person will be considered.
** The period of the Contest shall be from 13th Aug’2017 till 15th Aug’ 2017. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.
** The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for entries not received within the Contest duration for whatever reason.
** The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest without any reason thereof along with these terms and conditions without notice. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter without any obligation.
** The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate contest details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
** The Contest is as follows: All eligible participants have to answer a few questions and a picture of a kid dressed up as Krishna with the hashtag #NovaContest.
** The photo entries will be uploaded in an album before announcing the winners.
** The participant agrees that the photos submitted as entries can be used for marketing and advertising purposes by the brand.
** Entries will be chosen from all entries received and the captioned images will be announced,judgement shall be final and binding on all concerned.
** Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the captioned image from the contest and pick a replacement image.
** The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
** The contest as well as the terms and conditions will be governed by The Constitution of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
