AirAsia India Dare to Dream Contest

Contest Period:
Contest shall be open for seven days (7) days starting from Friday, 18 August 2017, 10:00AM IST – Friday, 25 August 2017, 6:00 PM IST.

Age Requirements:
Eighteen years or above.

Contest Eligibility Requirements:
Participant must be Indian national residing in India. The participant should not be a direct employee or a client/vendor of AirAsia India or its affiliates.

How to Enter Date to Dream Contest:
During the AirAsia India Dare to Dream Contest period, the participant needs to send in their story in not more than 150 words on how they have taken risks and achieved their dreams against all odds.

#DareToDream has to be mentioned for the story to be considered. The story should contain the name of the company and a link where their identity and story can be verified. 3 entrepreneurs will be selected based on criteria like originality of idea, risk taken, success of the venture etc (flexible).

The story needs to be submitted on AirAsia’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/airasiaIndia/, in the comments section of the announcement post – https://www.facebook.com/airasiaIndia/. Irrespective of multiple stories, the first story submitted by the contestant will be taken and rest will be void.

Winners Selection:
Winner shall be selected on the basis of the contestant’s company present performance and shall be chosen by panel of judges appointed by AAI. Decision of the judges shall be final and non-appealable.

Prize:
** 3 winners each will get ? 15,000 worth Electronic Gift Voucher (eGV) on the AAI flight network.
** Winners shall be announced on September 6, 2017.
** It is mandatory to send us a story in order to be eligible for this contest.
** Prize is non-transferable and/or cannot be redeemed for cash. Failure to accept the prize shall result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize presentation and other conditions:
** Winner will be handed over set of eGV codes to be utilized. The eGV can be only utilized while booking the flights on airasia.com.
** Winners cannot redeem the coupons while booking through any other partner website or through any other distribution channel.
** Prize will be presented in person to the winner at their respective origin stations. The winner has to be personally present in order to receive the prize.
** Participants agree that if they win then all intellectual property relating to the contest shall vest with AAI.
** The winner shall not be entitled to any claim or compensation, monetary or otherwise, with respect to intellectual property relating to the winning slogan.
** By participating in the contest, the participant agrees that the participant shall be liable for all direct and indirect taxes in case the participant wins the contest.
** All disputes in connection with this Dare to Dream Contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
** AAI reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Dare To Dream Contest at any time without prior notice.
** The decision of AAI with respect to this contest or winners shall be final and non-appealable.
** This contest is not open employees of AAI or its affiliates.
