** MT Contest ‘Navrang- Navratri Contest’ will begin from 13th Oct 2015 at 12:01 AM and will end on 25th Oct 2015 at 2359 PM.

** Contest is open for all Indian Residents of 18 years or above age.

Each entry submitted must comply with the following requirements:
** Photographs must be in digital format. Only online entries submitted on this website will be eligible. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest.
** All digital files must be of maximum 2 MB size,

** Only minor burning, dodging and/or color correction is acceptable, as is cropping. High dynamic range images (HDR) and stitched panoramas are NOT acceptable. Any changes to the original Photograph not itemized here are unacceptable and will render the Photograph ineligible for a prize.

** The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph. In any such case, entrant will be solely responsible and will be disqualified in middle of the contest or even if he/she has been announced as winner.

** The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
** The caption must be complete and accurate, sufficient to convey the circumstances in which the photograph was taken. Disguising or misrepresenting the origin of your content is cause for disqualification.
** Watermarks are not acceptable. If MT does not receive a non-watermarked version of the entry within five (5) days following its request, the entry will be disqualified.

** Employees of organizer, MT and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related are not eligible.

** Before participating, the contest registration with all required details is necessary. Entrant will be required to complete an entry form with details including name, email, mobile, e-mail address, and photo caption; and submit along with your photograph in accordance with the instructions that follow.

** By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this contest, that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the T&C. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the selection of winners.

Judging Process & Prize Distribution:

** Photo uploading can be done from 13th October to 22nd October – total 10 days. So, there would be total of 10 winners, one each for every day from 13th to 22nd October
** Every single winner will be chosen from all those photos which would be uploaded on a given day.
** Voting can be done from 13th October, 12:01am to 25th October, 11:59pm.
** All the 10 Winners will be declared on a date between 26th October and 31st October.
** Winners will be selected on basis of votes by visitors on the website and the editor’s choice.
** Decisions on above basis will be final and binding. No communication in any form will be entertained in this regard.

** Winners will be announced at the end of contest. Winners will be informed through the contact details as provided during the registration. Prizes will neither be exchangeable nor transferable. Entrants must be agreeable to receiving information from MT on their email/ phone. Identity proof will be required to collect the prize. All the information provided by you on the website must be true.

** Winners will be liable for Taxes or levies, if any, imposed by Central, State or Local Government Authorities on the Prizes.

Rights of the Organizers:
** The Management of MT and its subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel/ postpone/ stop the contest at its discretion.
** Comments and materials sent to MT including feedback, and other communications of any kind as well as submission of work as an entry in the contest shall be deemed to be non-confidential.
** MT is free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback and contest entries without limitations or obligation of any kind.

** MT is fully committed to following laws related to collection of data and to our carefully considered policy on data collection. You are required to give us the correct details about yourself at the time or registration and MT will not be liable for any damages direct or indirect for any wrong addresses submitted. MT reserves the right to match the details submitted at the time of delivery of prize and in case of any discrepancy withhold the prize.

** MT reserves the right to use winner’s name, picture, portfolio, and any other information listed on the website for publishing or advertising material without any permission.
** MT reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this contest, to continue or discontinue this contest for any reason what so ever at any time without any notice.
