The Contest will begin on September 13th, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. IST and end on October 31st, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. IST. Please read the Official Contest Rules before entering the Contest. By submitting an entry, you will be bound by the Official Contest Rules and acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details of the Contest And How To Enter:
1. This Contest will commence from September 13th,2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on October 31st, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must: (a) download the mobile/tablet application of Amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”); and (b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon.in App.

3. At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, seven (7) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email.

4. Subject to these T&C, the selected participants who answer the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time period will be eligible to receive one (1) of the prizes from the following: an Apple Ipad Air 2, Sony PS4 (1TB), Panasonic (43″) LED smart TV, OnePlus 5, Moto G5s Plus, Fitbit Blaze smart watch, Seagate (5TB) hard disk.

5. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of four (4) Prizes that will be provided under this Contest. The Prize(s) will be delivered to each of the seven (7) winners on or before November 30th, 2017 by Amazon.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing:
The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more
