Painting/ Graffiti Competition For Smart City Bilaspur 2015:
The Municipal Corporation Bilaspur invites entries for painting/graffiti competition from school/college students on the theme ‘My smart city Bilaspur’ or ‘Mere sapno ka shehar Bilaspur’. The entries should be in A3 size (297 X 420 mm or 11.7 X 16.5 Inch.)
The participants can base their painting on any of the smart solution they think can be useful for the city, some of the choices on which the participants can submit their entries are listed below:
** Slum free Bilaspur
** Education hub Bilspur
** Healthy city Bilaspur
** Digital Bilaspur
** Clean and eco-friendly Bilaspur
Prizes for this competition are as follows:
1. Rs.5000
2. Rs.3000
3. Rs.2000
Entries may be submitted online at www.mygov.in latest by 20th October, 2015.
Participants can also submit their entries in hard copy personally in the Bilaspur Nagar Nigam office (2nd floor-data centre).
Evaluation:
The submission will be evaluated on the following criteria:
** Practicality of the design.
** Innovation and creativity.
The ideas given in the winning entries might be used in developing vision, goals and list of citizen driven solutions for the preliminary stages of Bilaspur Smart City Plan.
Terms and conditions:
** The participants must be between the age group 10-20 years.
** All prizes are non-transferable
** Guardians of the students can help them in setting up their own MyGov account; the design should be originally coming from the participant.
