Signature Shot Contest :

1) #SignatureShot is an online contest organized by LAVA International Limited and will be conducted from 14th September, 2017 to 17th September, 2017 till 10 PM. ( All 4 days included)

2) To enter the contest, you must be:
a. A citizen of India and resident of India at the time of entry.
b. At least 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

3) Employees or immediate family members of Lava International Limited and its affiliates & subsidiaries are NOT eligible to participate in the contest.

4) The mechanics of the contest are as follows:
a. The Contest will run on Lava’s Facebook Page: facebook.com/lavamobiles/
The Contest will also run on Lava’s Instagram Handle.

b. Contest Details:
i. The contest will run on Facebook & Instagram during the period from 14th September, 2017 to 17th September, 2017 till 10 PM. ( All 4 days included)
ii. Participants will have to reply with a video/ boomerang video as per the contest post mentioned on Facebook & Instagram.
iii. Each participant is entitled to participate multiple times.
iv. The reply shall be posted using the hashtag #SignatureShot in the comment section of the contest post on Facebook & On Instagram, participants will have to tag Lava Mobiles after uploading the video on their own handle.
v. The usage of the Hashtag is mandatory.
vi. The best boomerang/video will be selected by Lava International Limited as per its internal criteria and this will make the participant entitled for gratification/prize, as mentioned below in point no. 5.
vii. The decision of Lava International Limited shall be final and binding.

5) The winners of the Contest will receive the following prize and will be selected based on the following:
a. Winner will be selected based on the videos/ boomerang shared
b. Winner will be announced on Facebook page.
c. The winner will be announced on 18th of September 2017.
d. Out of the total number of entries received on Facebook & Instagram, ONE (1) entry will be chosen as per the aforementioned criteria, and stand a chance to win ONE (1) Brand new Lava A97 IPS Signature Edition

6) LAVA International Limited reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the contest with or without a prior notice at its sole discretion if:
a. Entry is incomplete and/or fails to fulfil and/or comply with all or any of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and any applicable rules and regulations.
b. Participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations;

c. LAVA International Limited has, at its sole discretion, any reason whatsoever to believe that such Eligible Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.

Notwithstanding the above, LAVA International Limited shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participation at any stage of the Contest and forfeit any prizes for any reason as it deems fit and reasonable with or without a prior notice.

7) LAVA International Limited’s decision on matters relating to the Contest (including, but not limited to the selection of the winners) shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the Participants in respect of any decision of LAVA International Limited shall be entertained.

8) Prizes must be collected in accordance with the mode and within a time period which will be specified by LAVA International Limited, at its sole and absolute discretion, upon notification of any winnings.

Failure to adhere to the mode of collection and within the stipulated time period will result in forfeiture of the prizes and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever against LAVA International Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies of LAVA International Limited.

9) The reward cannot be sold, exchanged, converted, transferred, auctioned, assigned in favour of other, or combined with any goods, cash, person or scheme respectively in any circumstances.
10) LAVA International Limited shall not be liable for any disruption to the contest, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.

11) LAVA International Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies of LAVA International Limited, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this contest or with any of the Prizes offered or forfeited.

12) The Terms and Conditions of the contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13) All rights and privileges herein granted to LAVA International Limited are irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, restraint or injunction under any and all circumstances.

Under no circumstances shall the Eligible Participants have the right to injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere with the organization of the contest, the production, distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Contest and/or any product based on and/or derived from the Contest.

14) All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes in relation to the performance of the Contest and not for any other purposes. The Participant hereby consents that their personal data may be used, published and circulated for marketing and promotional purposes in relation to this Contest.

15) LAVA International Limited reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions with or without any prior notice. It is a candidate’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
