Terms & Conditions

1. Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.’s (hereinafter referred to as KNPL) offer name (hereinafter referred to as ‘offer’) is valid in all states of Republic of India, except in the State of Tamil Nadu.

The Offer would be valid on dealer billing from September 1, 2017 onwards and assured prizes and lucky draw for consumers would be from September 7, 2017 to 21st October, 2017 or till stocks last, whichever is earlier (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”). The Offer may get further extended which will be informed by KNPL on its website.

2. This is a redemption based offer wherein the customer must claim to redeem the product /services and no product / services shall be delivered/ offered unless claimed for. Redemption Claims must be in accordance with the terms & conditions of the offer and redemption process must be completed only by the Customers buying the qualifying product from selected Nerolac authorized dealers, in the prescribed manner as under.

3. The Offer shall be valid and operative only on the purchase of a minimum of Rs. 10000/- invoice value of Nerolac Product range in which one emulsion product is mandatory ( i.e Little Master , Beauty smooth , Beauty Gold , Lotus Touch ,Pearls Emulsion , Impressions 24carat , Impressions Eco clean , Suraksha KG /Plus/Advanced , Excel /Total /Mica Marble) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Participating Product’)

4. On purchase of participating Product as mentioned above, the customer would be eligible to receive a Har Din Diwali Offer Card which shall have a Serial Number and a Code under a Scratch Patch.

5. The Scratch Patch must be gently scratched (suggested by a round coin) to reveal the HDD Coupon Code Key, which can be used to register participation in any of the following ways. Web , SMS , IVR

7. All successful participations shall be acknowledged through call/sms/e-mail.

8. During the Offer period, first 100 participants for each day shall be given an assured prize plus other winners will be randomly selected from the successful participants through lucky draw. The winners will be announced on the website of KNPL at www.nerolac.com/hdd.

The winners will be communicated through a call/sms/e-mail by the HDD support team regarding their win in the lucky draw and the submission of necessary documents such as the invoice, scratch card etc. relating to the purchase of participating product to HDD Team for validation of their claim.

9. All claims submitted shall be reviewed by claims support team for correctness of information and/or the registration being as per the terms of the offer /meeting the eligibility criteria.

The successful claims shall be communicated to you on your registered email address / mobile number. The claims shall be submitted by the winners to the HDD support team within 10 days from the day the wining notification is sent to them. KNPL may demand submission of original or copy of proof of purchase (invoice ) clearly showing the products purchased , Original Har Din Diwali Offer Card.

10. Payment of any taxes, Octroi charges and TDS, if applicable on gift item, will have to be paid by the winner on demand by KNPL before delivery of the gift.
