9th PEC MINI MARATHON :
THE 9th PEC MINI MARATHON to be held on 30.10.2015 at 6.30AM
RULES FOR 9th PEC MINI MARATHON FOR HEALTH&WELLNESS :
1. The participants would move on the left side of the road and not on brims and use not more than 1/3rd width of the road
2. Do not run if you have any medical problem or doctor advised you not to do any physical exertion
3. Follow the traffic rules
4. Do not take any external help while you are running
5. You can run, walk, jog
6. Take water, glucose, lemon at official booths only
7. Do not do any stunts on road
8. Take care on turns and roundabouts on the road
9. Get stamped at left hand palm at end check post and second check post without which you stand disqualified
10. Show your stamps at finishing point and get it crossed there itself
11. While running if you face any problem stop running, get medical aid immediately or report to the official on patrolling route
12. You will be stand disqualified if you try to take any ride on the route
13. Don’t take short cuts, move on road and follow arrow markings/signs
14. Follow the arrow marking on the route both ways going and coming
15. Get refreshment coupon after finishing the event at the end of funnel
16. Thereafter take refreshment in that order only
17. At refreshment counter before taking refreshment, write your name, roll number on the back of the refreshment coupon and hand it over to get the refreshment
18. Don’t throw waste here & there or litter on road and ground.
19. Please use dustbins and clean up the arena, campus and course rout.
20. Position holders must stay for prize ceremony.
Important Notice: All participants must have visible bibs/chest numbers without which nobody will be allowed to participate. Bibs/Chest numbers can be taken on 28 & 29.10.2015 at 4.00 PM at Registration counter in Athletic Stadium. There will be No on the spot registration.
