Monsoon Cash Ki Baarish Contest :

BSNL Monsoon Cash ki Baarish Contest (Hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by Spice Digital Limited  in association with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited

SDL and BSNL shall hereinafter be jointly referred to as ‘Organizers’. This Offer is made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary for the eligible registered users of BSNL Monsoon Cash ki Baarish (the “Service”). SDL in association with BSNL reserves the right to participation in the Offer.

Offer Period:
This Offer is open for a limited period (“90 days Offer Period”).

Zone -Offer Period:
North -Registrations period– 15/09/2017 at 00:00:01 hrs till 30/01/2017 at 23:59:59 hrs
North -Contest period– 01/10/2017 at 00:00:01 hrs till 28/12/2017 at 23:59:59 hrs

Eligibility Criteria :
The Offer is open for all active pre-paid & post-paid categories of mobile subscribers of BSNL, who registered to service in BSNL NORTH ZONE telecom circle, (the “Subscribers”).

In order to be eligible for this Offer, a Subscriber/participant must fulfil the following criteria:
** He/She should be above 18 years of age.
** He/She must be citizen of India.
** He/She must not have either convicted and/or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor should be of an unsound mind.
** He/She must not be restrained by any law of the land (e.g. – any court order(s) etc.).
** He/She must be either an active existing or new Subscriber of Service during the Offer Period.
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** If at the time of the declaration of the result of the gratification under this Offer, the Subscriber has ported out of the network of BSNL, he/she will not be eligible to and entitled to get any gratification under the Offer.

Participation:
** This Offer is not available to the following Subscribers of BSNL and they shall not be eligible to participate in this Offer.
** The Subscribers being the employees of the Organisers and of their group companies, Affiliate or associate companies. “Affiliate” here shall mean with respect to each of the Organisers, any entity directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such Organiser.
** For the purposes of this definition, “control”, “controlled” or “controlling” shall be construed as the control by virtue of having the right to appoint the majority of the Board of Directors or owning the largest or controlling percentage of the voting securities or by virtue of any contractual arrangements or otherwise.
** Further, the Subscribers who participate in the Offer and are chosen as Highest Scorers of each category of gratification under the Offer in accordance with the Highest Scorer selection process under the Terms and Conditions of the Offer, shall be required to be the registered Subscribers of the mobile phone number chosen as the Highest Scorer and not merely the persons using such mobile number (“Highest Scorer(s)”).
** If the Highest Scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the Subscriber of the mobile number, the Organisers reserve the right to award the gratification to the next eligible Highest Scorer or to forfeit the gratification, at its sole discretion.

To participate in the Offer, Subscriber will have to follow below steps:
User is required to register himself by giving explicit consent on CG cum CVPS platform either by dialling the USSD string Short Code – *543*99# or by other Acquisition modes i.e. OBD or Interactive USSD Push. User will be registered at Rs 0 for 90 days. After that he will be charged @ Rs 5/- daily on contest day only and he can answer 5 questions daily.

Note:
** If the Subscriber is not able to play his free 5 questions or any of the free questions on a particular day or days, then all the remaining free questions will be carried forward to next day(s).
** For every correct answer, the Subscriber/Participants shall be allocated 10 points for each right answer and there are no negative points for wrong answer.
** Participant shall be informed on the correct/incorrect answer post every attempt.
** The Participant post registration will receive a welcome message containing the details of the contest and de-registration string.
** The charged amount will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances
** Registered users would be auto registered for 2nd season of the contest if 2nd season is launched within 30 days from end day of the MONSOON CASH Ki Barasaat contest. No charging would happen during the cool off period i.e., minimum 1 day and maximum 30 days period. Subscriber would again start getting charged once the 2nd season starts.
** Three engagement SMS every day.
