By participating in the ‘Pyaar Ka Tyohar’ contest (hereinafter referred to as the (‘contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms:-

These terms, conditions and guidelines (‘terms’) are applicable to and govern the contest organized and conducted by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. By accessing this website/participating in the contest you (‘you’/ ‘participant’) agree to abide by and be bound by these terms.

Parag Milk Foods Ltd. Reserves the right to modify these terms without any prior notification. You are advised to regularly review these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms and any amendments thereto, you must not use this site and/or participate in the contest. Participation is voluntary and optional.

How to Participate

** The contest will require the audience to click and share a selfie with a favourite dish that their mother makes for them.
** The participant will have to submit the entry ONLY on gowardhanindia.com and follow Gowardhan on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
** Sharing the contest will increase the chances of the win.

Contest Duration

** Participants are allowed to send in their entries any time until 2nd October 2017, 3pm.

Gratification :
** Winners would be gratified with home appliances and Gowardhan hampers.
** The gratification will be dispatched within a period of 45 working days.

General Rules

** The viewer(s) interested in participating in the contest must be above the age of 18 years and a resident of India (as per the income tax act, 1961). The participant(s) should not have criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the participant(s) from participating in the contest.

** The contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India on the date of participating in the contest.

** Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Parag Milk Foods Ltd., its subsidiaries, business partners, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the contest are not eligible to participate

** Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (pan), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. And it is to be understood that any prize will be given to the winner(s) only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents.

Any information found to be incomplete, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the participant. The personal information provided by the participant/s will be saved/ stored with Parag Milk Foods Ltd. For the purpose of completion of the contest.

The winner(s) as selected by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. and will be given the following as the prize for the contest (“prize”):
** Each winner will be entitled to receive only one prize. The exact details of the prize and the expenses covered will be subsequently informed to the winner(s) via email. The exact product, value, make and brand of the prize that the winner(s) will receive may change, as decided by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. At their sole discretion.

Parag Milk Foods Ltd. Reserves the rights to change the product, value, make of the product being offered as prize, at Parag Milk Foods Ltd.’s sole discretion and the same shall be final & binding on all the participants. The prize and its specification and features shown on screen or in any communication, including print ads, social media, TV etc.

Is only for representational purpose and are subject to change without any prior notice or intimation.

Winner(s) shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes and expenses in association with the prize, including but not limited to income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies, registration and insurance charges etc, as may be applicable from time to time arising out of the prize, and for submission of proof of the same to Parag Milk Foods Ltd.., failing which Parag Milk Foods Ltd.

Shall not be responsible for delivering the prize to the winner(s). The winner(s) agrees to comply with the procedure, as intimated by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. From time to time.Parag Milk Foods Ltd. Shall take reasonable endeavour to deliver the prize within 90 days.

** Parag Milk Foods Ltd. decision on selection of the winners of the contest shall be final and binding on all the participants. Parag Milk Foods Ltd. shall not entertain any questions, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the selection of winner, winners’ declaration and the contest from any party whatsoever.

** Notwithstanding anything contained herein or your participation in the contest, only the Facebook/ Twitter/Instagram account owner shall be given the prize and Parag Milk Foods Ltd. shall not be liable to any other person for the same.

** Winners shall be contacted directly through a private message through the medium of the platform/channel or via a phone call. Only the winner(s)/ grand prize winner will be notified by Parag Milk Foods Ltd. by way of a private message through the medium of the platform/channel.

Parag Milk Foods Ltd. shall attempt to contact the winner only once or more, upon its sole discretion. The eligible winner shall have to send us their details within 24hours of receipt of a call or e-mail from Parag Milk Foods Ltd., to confirm their eligibility for the prize.

Upon confirmation, the name of the winner shall be posted on its Facebook, twitter page and/or the channel. If the eligible winner fails to provide the aforesaid details within the time period, he/she shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

** In the event, any winner(s) chosen is not contactable or is unable/fails to claim his/her prize within forty 24 hours of receiving the intimation for any reasons whatsoever, the winner(s) is deemed to forfeit such prize, and then Parag Milk Foods Ltd. reserves the right to choose a substitute winner(s) who shall be entitled to claim the prize(s) offered.

** The prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-changeable, non-extendable. There is no cash substitution, cash redemption or cash value in lieu of the respective prize. Parag Milk Foods Ltd. shall provide the prize strictly as set out in these terms.

** By participating in this contest, you grant Parag Milk Foods Ltd. permission to use your name, photographs and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the contest, without additional compensations across all means, media and technology known now or invented hereinafter.

The winner(s) agrees that the footage of any nature with regard to the winner(s) shall vest with Parag Milk Foods Ltd. including but not limited to all intellectual property rights and any other rights for worldwide and in perpetuity. Parag Milk Foods Ltd. is permitted to share the database with its affiliates, partners and contractors for promotional purposes.

** All and any taxes and/or levies, as may be applicable on the prize, that may be imposed by central, state and/or local government authorities, from time to time, shall be borne and paid by the winner(s).

** The winner(s) of the contest agree(s) that he/she shall hold harmless and indemnify Parag Milk Foods Ltd., its directors, employees, officers or representatives in connection with the prize won or any loss, claim, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses or liability (including reasonable legal costs) by him/her in the contest and prize and shall also not file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India to claim any damages or reliefs.

** All participation is at the risk of the participants and Parag Milk Foods Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss of life, health, injury or damage to any person or participant on account of participation in the contest.
