Diwali Jackpot@9 Contest

1. Information on prizes and how to enter HBO’s Diwali Jackpot@9” (Contest) form a part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms).

Terms & Conditions of Entry

2. The Contest is organized by Turner International India Private Limited, having its office at 5th Floor, Radisson Commercial Plaza, National Highway No.8, Mahipalpur, New Delhi – 110037, India (hereinafter the “Promoter”). The Contest is valid only in India

3. Entry to the Contest is open to all legal residents of India (individuals only) who are above the age of 18 as on 2 October 2017 (each an Entrant and collectively Entrants). Corporates, Agencies, and any non human legal entities are not entitled to participate in the Contest.

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Promoter’s related companies and advertising agencies may not enter the Contest.
5. Entry to the Contest commences on 2 October 2017 and closes at last entry received at 11:59 on 19 October 2017 (Contest Period). By entering the Contest, Entrants accept these Terms.

6. The Entrants will be required to watch the movies being aired on the HBO (Channel) at 9 pm, Monday to Thursday, during the Contest Period. Entrants will have to look out for the question and give a missed call to the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) Number displayed on Channel during Contest period.

The Entrant will receive a call back from a IVR/OBD service and the Entrant is required to carefully listen to the instructions provided during the call.

Thereafter, the Entrant will be required to provide necessary information which would involve pressing requisite keys as instructed during the call for providing their answers out of the multiple answers. All the information either spoken or punched in by the caller shall be recorded in the system.

7. Entrants will be solely responsible for all charges incurred in participating in the Contest, including any internet and, or mobile phone charges, if applicable. Entrants may enter the Contest and answer each Contest question only three (3) times from one mobile number. However, only one correct answer from one mobile number will be eligible to win the Prize. The Promoter will air the contest question on a daily basis.

8. The Terms & Conditions of the Contest will be posted on HBO India Facebook Page. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Entrants.

Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Contest will be served to the Entrant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the Website.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for the Entrant not being able understand the Contest mechanics or for his/her misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by the Promoter.

10. The Entrant(s) shall not be using multiple phone numbers to participate in the contest. Any single Entrant found using or participating through multiple phone numbers in the contest shall be disqualified immediately and shall be barred from participating in any future contests with the Promoter.

11. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Further participation in the Contest will not in itself make the Entrant eligible for selection as winner of the Contest.

Prizes

12. At the end of the Contest Period, Promoter will select 12 Winners from among all those Entrants who have correctly answered all the contest questions asked over the contest duration (each a Winner and collectively Winners). Winner will receive following prizes (each a Prize and collectively Prizes);
a) 1 prize winner will receive JBL Bluetooth Headphones worth not more than INR 7990/- each (Rupees _Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Only);
b) 2 prize winner will receive Kindle not more than INR 10999/-each (Rupees Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Only);
c) 1 prize winner will receive Sony Bluetooth Speakers not more than INR 7490 each/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Only);
d) 2 prize winner will receive Sony PS 4 not more than INR 32990/each- (Rupees Thirty two thousand nine hundred and ninety Only);
e) 2 prize winner will receive Philips Bluetooth Headphones not more than INR 2799 each/- (Rupees Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Nine Only);
f) 1 prize winner will receive Apple Ipad Mini Wifi not more than INR 21900each/- (Rupees Twenty-one thousand nine hundred Only);
g) 1 prize winner will receive Lenovo Power Banks not more than INR 2000/ each (Rupees Two Thousand Only);
h) 1 prize winner will receive Fujifilm Instax Cameras not more than INR 6245/- each (Rupees Six Thousand Two Hundred forty five Only);
i) 1 prize winner will receive X Box 360 Kinect not more than INR 21990/- each (Rupees Twenty One Nine Hundred and Ninety Only);

13. The daily prize selection for the Contest will take place every day at Mumbai, India announced on HBO India Facebook page @12pm the next day
14. The total value of all the Prizes will be approximately INR1,32,245/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred & Forty Five Only).

15. The name of the Winners will reflect on the HBO India Facebook. The Promoter reserves the right to use any other method or medium deemed fit in its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Winner.

Upon request, the Winner may be required to provide their contact details, passport/identity number, proof of residency, proof of age and/or any other details deemed necessary and relevant by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to the collection of any Prizes. The Prize and the Prize letter will be couriered to the Winner at the address given at registration for the Contest.

If the Prize is declined, unclaimed or unable to be claimed, or if a Winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied, the Promoter will not be held liable for the same and the Promoter may direct the judges to select the next best and valid entry from the entries received as an alternative Winner at its sole discretion.
