5 Years Of Being Human Clothing Contest :

Being Human Clothing (The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd) is running a ‘contest’ on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram called #5YearsOfBeingHumanClothing.

100% weightage will be given to the one who follows all the terms and conditions. The contest will be open for participation from 4 th October, 2017 until 12 th October, 2017 and the winners will be selected based on:

1. Residents of India, 18 years and above.
2. Upload Video: Shoot a video of 60 seconds (or less) sharing your story or nominating someone you know and the hero of the story could get featured in our next campaign. These stories need to be about something exceptional done for the society.

3. Participation in the contest via any one of the platform
Facebook: Share it with us on Facebook in the comment section of the contest post using #5YearsOfBeingHumanClothing
Twitter: Upload it on Twitter using #5YearsOfBeingHumanClothing and tagging @bebeinghuman. Kindly ensure your profile is set to pulic for us to see your entry.
Instagram: Upload it on Instagran using #5YearsOfBeingHumanClothing and tagging @beinghumanclothing. Kindly ensure your profile is set to public for us to see your entry.

Contest is being conducted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and entries will be accepted only on these platforms.

Hero of the story will stand a chance to get featured in our next campaign video and also win a gift voucher worth Rs.10,000/-. Winners will be decided in the sole discretion of Being Human Clothing (The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd) and will be announced after the contest is completed.

Participants shall accept the decision as a binding one and shall in no event challenge the same. Being Human Clothing (The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd) has all the rights to disqualify all the entries, if it lacks the quality expected as deemed by the management.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Winner(s) will have to produce identity proof and other documents as requested at the time within 72 hours of the announcement of the winners. Failure to present such documents will lead to disqualification.

On submission of an entry for this Contest, every Participant agrees to consent to use the said submission across properties like Print and Web Advertisements, Website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for Being Human Clothing’s marketing activities as they may deem fit in its sole discretion and also undertakes to do any and/or all acts, deeds, matter or things and further execute any and all documents in such manner as may be required by Being Human Clothing in its sole and absolute discretion.

Being Human Clothing, its agents and distributors under no circumstances would be responsible or liable to compensate the Participant and / or Winner, or accept any liability for inability of the Participant / Winner to receive the Prize / Free Goodies for any reasons attributable to the non-compliance of the Terms & Conditions by the Participant / Winner.

Being Human Clothing may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any submissions, and prohibit further participation in this Contest by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the submission process or with the operation of this Contest or acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Participants may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.

The prize that is won cannot be exchanged for any other prize under any circumstances.
