Eligibility :
1. This Contest commences on 5 October 2017 through 2359H on 9 October 2017 , both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
2. Employees of StarHub, their immediate families (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters), any persons professionally associated with this Contest as well as commercial customers and bulk subscription customers, are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

Contest Mechanics :
3. Participants will have to do the following during the Contest Period:
a. Log on to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and access the related Post/s
b. Comment on the related post/s on what they miss most from their childhood
At the end of the Contest Period, 20 winners will be picked from the eligible Participants based on the most creative entries (“Winners”).

4. Each eligible Participant will be entitled to participate once in the Contest. Participants shall not submit more than one (1) entry and in the event of repeat submissions, only the latest entry will be eligible for consideration.

Prize :
5. Twenty (20) Winners will be picked to each win a goodie pack containing various toys. (each, a “Prize”).

6. StarHub shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of the Prize. The Prize shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize (“Prize Terms”). The Winners agree to be bound by such Prize Terms.

7. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prize to other participants or donate any unclaimed Prize or its equivalent value to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization.
8. The Prize, or any part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substituted for cash or other benefits.
9. StarHub reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter the Prize or any part thereof without prior notice.

10. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of StarHub by the Winners from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winners may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to:
(i) the Contest,
(ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winners and/or his or her companion as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, and/or
(iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Contest, Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

Collection :
11. The Winners will be notified via Facebook/Instagram/Twitter within five (5) days after the Contest Period by StarHub. In the event a chosen Winner cannot be contacted via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter messages within 48 hours, another Winner will be picked as a replacement.

12. The prize will be mailed to the winners upon notification via Instagram, phone or email by our agency partner.
13. If a Winner fails to respond in accordance with StarHub’s notification by the Last Date specified, that Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the Prize, and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.

14. The Winners shall each be required to sign an acknowledgement of acceptance of all the Terms and release of liability form in respect of their use of the Prize, as a condition to their receipt of the Prize. The terms and conditions of the acknowledgement and release form are not subject to amendment.

In the event of non-compliance with this paragraph, the Winner(s) will be disqualified. StarHub reserves the right to draw another Participant or to cancel the Prize.
