Hero World Bike Contest

This Hero World Bike Contest (HWB) Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is open for only for Indian residents above 18 years of age.

Process of Participation

** Step 1 – Visit the Hero World Bike URL
** Step 2 – Select the favourite bike/scooter, pick your favourite team and chose your position, on field . After this Picture of FIFA limited edition bike is created.
** Step 3 – Login with your Facebook account, Mobile number and City.
** Step 4 – Post the picture of FIFA limited edition bike/scooter on your facebook.
** Step 5 – Make the ‘view’ of your post as “Public”. This is extremely crucial step to become eligible for the contest.
** Step 6 – You will receive an OTP on your registered Mobile number .
** Step 7 – Visit any of HMCL authorized Outlet, take a test drive of the selected bike/scooter to validate the OTP. Upon OTP validation, customer will become eligible to win a self-designed limited edition bike/scooter.

Terms and Conditions

** This Contest is valid from ______ to ______( hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).
** The Contest excludes employees and family members of Hero MotoCorp Ltd., its channel partners, its advertising and affiliated agencies and associates.
** Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest a Customer (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Contest.

** By participating into the Contest, the Participant waive all copyrights, rights of publicity and any related rights and further consents to Hero MotoCorp Ltd.’s, right to tag, notify, picture, tape or portray him/her, and to exhibit this material in any and all media, advertisement now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation internet, television, film, radio and print media, without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law.

The Participant also consent to Hero MotoCorp Ltd.’s, right to use his/her name, voice or picture, or the content of his/her Contest Entry.

** The personal information shared by the Participant with Facebook or Hero MotoCorp Ltd., whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to anyone for any reason whatsoever, by Hero MotoCorp Ltd. without the consent of the Participant.

** By participating in the Contest, the Participant(s) allows Hero MotoCorp Ltd., to access his/her personal information including but not limited to name and other details including pictures on other social networking sites, list of friends and any other information present on his/her Facebook profile or on other social networking sites.

** Hero MotoCorp Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expense incurred by the Participant while participating in this Contest, including internet charge and any technological issues, including network problem.
** Non adherence of aforementioned mandatory process of participation will invalidate the entry.
** Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to select the procedure for deciding the lucky-winners, which shall be final and binding upon all. Winner(s) will be informed of their winning status through a call on the registered mobile number.

** One lucky winner from the pool of successful entries Pan India would be selected. Overall 5 Lucky winners shall win ‘FIFA Limited Edition Bike/Scooter’ (hereinafter “Winning Prize) of their choice.

The winners shall be handed over the prize, subject to them providing the following documents:
** A self-attested copy of Driving License
** A self- attested copy of address proof
** A self-attested copy of the PAN Card
** Age Proof as per any ID proof issued by Indian government authorities
** The originals of the above documents should be made available for inspection as required by Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

** Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to not give away the prize(s) in the event of non- production of any of the above specified documents and/or on submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent document(s) or information. The prizes will be given to the winner(s) after the completion of such audit and verification process as deemed fit by Hero MotoCorp Ltd.

** The winner shall be required to complete the formalities relating to the delivery of the Prize to the satisfaction of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. or pick up the prize within 30 days from the date of receipt of information from Hero MotoCorp Ltd. If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winner within the said stipulated period, the winner’s entitlement to the Prize shall stand automatically forfeited

** Taxes (if any) as per applicable laws, Transport, Registration & Insurance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner & cost towards the same or other incidentals, if any, would be borne by the winner.

** The representatives of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. shall contact the winner on the shared/registered contact number thrice over a period of 24 hours and in case the winner is not reachable for any reason whatsoever , Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to either forfeit the prize or pass it on to the next winner. Record of all calls received will be maintained serially by date and time of the call.

** Each Participant shall be eligible for one winning entry.
** Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is not responsible for any incorrect details provided by the participant and/or delay in receipt of communication and/or non-receipt of communication for any reason whatsoever.
** The Winning Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value.
** Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its discretion without any liability.
