Royal Stag whisky Promotion/Campaign

1. This is a limited period offer, and is valid between 03/10/2017 and 30/11/2017 on purchase of Royal Stag whisky.

2. By participating in this Promotion/Campaign, the consumer (“Participant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of PRIPL (“Organizer) which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion/Campaign.
3. The Contest is open to residents of the state only with ROR status under income tax laws.

4. During the Contest Period, Participant may participate multiple times in the Promotion/Campaign. The Participant who unlocks the Motorcycle (“Prize”) with the right key shall be chosen/declared as Winner. In case a Participant does not win the Motorcycle, he/she will have a chance to win smaller gratification (“Gift”) – Helmets, Gloves, Wind Cheaters.

The winner of the Gift will be selected/chosen at random by way of a lucky draw. The lucky draw would be conducted at every location in a neutral and fair manner to ensure the same.

5. The Winner(s) will be informed through email, SMS, phone call and/or through any other mode as the Organizer may deem appropriate.
6. The Winner(s) shall produce a self-attested PAN card copy for gift above 10,000/- including the Motorcycle.
7. The Motorcycle will only be registered in the state of the draw and the Winner must have proof of residence of the state of the draw to get the same registered in the said state.
8. The Motorcycle shall be delivered to the Winner by 2nd week December 2017.
9. The Winner shall be responsible to comply with the registration process, related formalities and production of any /all such documents/information as may be required by the Organizer(s) & authorities in connection with the Prize/Gift.
10. Responsibility for the Registration of the Motorcycle at the respective RTO (Regional Transport Office) shall be the responsibility and at the cost of the Winner.

11. In the event, the Winner(s) fails to produce documents and /or credentials to prove his /her identity to the complete satisfaction of the Organizer(s) then the Organizer(s) shall be entitled to choose another Winner & announce him/her the winner without any claim from the earlier selected winner. The participants unconditionally confirm and agree to rescind any claim against the Organizers in such eventuality.

Miscellaneous

12. This offer can’t be combined with any other scheme, offer or promotion. The Prize/Gift are neither transferable nor can be redeemed for cash.
13. All costs, expenses and incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the Prize/Gift shall be exclusively borne by the Winner and no claim of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.

14. In the event of non-availability or inability of Organizer(s) to provide the exact Prize/Gift for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer(s) shall have the right to offer an alternative prize and the Winner shall accept the same without demur and shall not make any claim against the Organizer(s) on any account.

15. Under no circumstance, shall Organizers and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the Participant and/or any third party for any loss, profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Organizers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Participant /Winner specifically agrees not to file and/or initiate in person/through any family member and/or any third party any criminal and/or civil proceedings/complaints and/or applications in any courts or forum in India against Organizers and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages/loss or relief in connection with the Promotion/Campaign.

It is understood that Organizers, its affiliates, its group companies, their employees, officers, directors or any other person and/or sponsors shall not be responsible for any claim/liability/losses (including legal fees) arising out of and in relation to any injury/damage/harm/mishap/loss/ death/ mental or emotional trauma suffered by the Participant(s) or Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever in connection with the Promotional/Campaign and /or the Prize/Gift.

16. Organiser assumes no liability for the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize / gift / merchandise not manufactured by it.

17. Apart from the entitlement to the said Prize/Gift under the Promotion/Campaign, the Winner or his /her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims of any nature whatsoever. The maximum liability of the Organizers(s) will not be more than the value of the prizes under this Promotion/Campaign.

18. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the Promotion/Campaign and / or any other Promotional material shall vest solely and exclusively with Organizers at all times.

Organizers or any person/entity permitted by Organizers in this regard shall be entitled to use the entries received or any information in connection with the entry including your name, details & photographs in any media for future Promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.

19. Organizers are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided in the Promotion/Campaign is provided on “As is” basis without warranty of any kind.
20. All disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in New Delhi only.

21. Winner will be required to pay taxes as applicable on the Prize/Gift items and also will have to furnish requisite documents and/or information within 10 (ten) calendar days of first contact by the Organizers. In case of non-submission, the Prize for the Winner will be annulled without incurring any liability for the Organizers.

22. The Promotion is not applicable for individuals below the Legal Drinking Age in the respective state.

24. The warranty of the motorcycles lapse after modification.

25. Organizer(s) reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, or modify this or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria in its sole discretion at any time as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes brought in by Govt. and/or statutory changes and/or by any judicial order which shall be binding on the Customer.
