Terms and Conditions:
1. Like/Follow Polycab – facebook.com/PolycabInd/ for participating in the contest
2. Share image with #greendiwali, #diwaliwithpolycab hashtags. Only images with these hashtags will be valid for the contest.
3. Participants must send their decorated home’s photo in a selfie mode. We won’t accept the image of decorated home without a visible photo of the participant.
4. Users can participant only between October 17, 2017, 00.00 hours and October 19, 2017, 23.59 hours.
5. Winner announcement will be shared on social media on October 23, 2017, 12.00 hours.
6. The participant agrees to take full responsibility for sharing the picture with public.
7. The participant/ winner agrees to grant permission to Polycab to contact him/ her via email/ phone and access to use relevant information for announcements etc.

8. Best 3 pictures will be selected and the winners will get Prices as below:
a.1st Prize – INR 2500/- Shopping Voucher
b. 2nd Prize – INR 1500/- Shopping Voucher
c. 3rd Prize – INR 1000/- Shopping Voucher
d. Consolation Prize (For 100 participants only) – Nokero Solar Light Bulb

9. The prize and the winners declared by Polycab will be final and binding.
10. The contest is open for all but not applicable for Polycab Employees and it is valid for India.
11. Polycab reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry which refers, depicts or in any way reflect negatively to any person, group or company.
12. Polycab does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish reasons for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the Participant at any stage.
13. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
14. By participating in this contest participants agree to provide your information to the owner of this page and not Facebook.
15. Prizes shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable for cash or otherwise. Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle a Participant the Prizes. No other person or agent can claim the Prizes on behalf of the Participant.

16. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any social channel of Polycab or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, Polycab reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Polycab reserves the absolute right to change the Terms and Conditions contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Contest at any time without any notice, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever.
18. Polycab also reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue with the Contest at any stage without any liability whatsoever to the Participant and, or, anyone.
