Win With NBT Contest
This campaign titled “WIN WITH NBT CONTEST” is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&Cs”), which may be updated by Times Internet Limited (“TIL”) from time to time without any prior notice to Participant (as defined below).

Participant may review the latest version of the T&Cs at any time at campaign T&Cs and if the Participant does not agree with these T&Cs or any part thereof, Participant is requested not to participate in the Campaign (as defined below). Participation in the Campaign shall be deemed as explicit consent to and acceptance of the T&Cs by such Participant.
Eligibility
A. This Campaign is valid in the Territory solely for users who are Indian citizens entitled to enter into a legally binding contract and are aged 18 years and above; However, Participants below eighteen years of age may participate in the Campaign with parental or guardian guidance and approval before participating in the Campaign.
B. To participate in the Campaign, the Participant has to register with TIL at Navbharat Times using only his/her Facebook/Google+ Account. As part of registration using Facebook/Google+, a user is required to give standard permissions to TIL.
This permission enables TIL to know about details of Participant’s account(s) on Facebook/Google+ such as public profile, birthday, hometown, current city and email address in order to authenticate the details of Participant. The aforementioned permission will not allow or otherwise enable TIL to post or update anything on Participant’s behalf on Facebook/Google+.
By registering for the Campaign, Participant represents and warrants that all information and details provided, as above, are true and accurate. In no case, shall TIL or any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any claim or demand, in case the information shared by Participant is incorrect or misleading.
By registering for Campaign, Participant hereby grants TIL the authorization to contact the Participant and also agrees to receive periodic promotional communications, mailers, SMSs on its registered mobile number and/or email id.
Campaign Duration
A. Campaign shall start from 23rd October, 2017 and shall end on 17th November, 2017 (“Campaign Period”) and Campaign shall happen from Monday to Friday in each week. TIL reserves the right to extend, or shorten the Campaign Period or withdraw the Campaign entirely, at its sole discretion without any notification or liability whatsoever.
Prizes
A. Login is mandatory to answer the question and be eligible to win the prize.
B. Campaign Dates: Monday to Friday from 23rd October, 2017 to 17th November, 2017 (4 weeks).
C. 3 questions will be asked daily from Monday to Friday.
D. 10 lucky users who answer a question correctly will be awarded BookMyShow vouchers worth Rs.300
E. 300 lucky users who answer a question correctly will be awarded 100 Bonus TimesPoints
F. One winner who answers the maximum number of questions over the week will be awarded with a Micromax Canvas Smartphone.
G. The campaign will happen on both NBT Web and Mobile Web properties.
Grand Winners Prize
1. Grand Winners Prize (4 in Number over Campaign Period of 4 weeks) : Micromax Canvas 6
A. One Grand winner will be picked for every week over the campaign period of 4 weeks.
B. There would be 4 grand winners in total over the campaign period.
C. These winners would be selected from the pool of the users given the correct answers for the questions posted over the week and also at editor’s discretion.
Bookmyshow Vouchers
2. Bookmyshow Vouchers (10 lucky winners for each question):
A.10 lucky winners would get selected for each question getting Rs. 300 Bookmyshow voucher.
B. In total, 30 lucky winners on daily basis for the 3 questions asked will get Bookmyshow vouchers.
C. Winpin Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow Convenience Fees and/or any additional amount of transaction to be borne by the voucher user.
D. Winpin Vouchers to be valid for 3 months.
E. Winpin Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period.
F. Winpin Vouchers can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for only Movies available on BookMyShow.
G. Winpin Vouchers can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at Cinema/Venue Box Office.
H. Winpin Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
I. Winpin Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
J. If lost/misused, the Winpin Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
K. In addition to these BookMyShow Winpin Voucher Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Vouchers and their user on our Website are also subject to BookMyShow’s General Terms of Use and BookMyShow’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.
L. BookMyShow Terms and Conditons Apply.
M. TDS not applicable as per sections 194C & 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961. It is hereby agreed between the Parties that no deduction of taxes for the order shall be made since the same is a reimbursement towards purchase of ticket cost.
100 Bonus TimesPoints
3.100 Bonus TimesPoints (300 lucky winners for each question):
A. 300 lucky winners would get selected for each question getting 100 bonus TimesPoints with one month expiry.
B. In total, 900 lucky winners on daily basis for the 3 questions asked will get 100 bonus TimesPoints.
C. Bonus TimesPoints will be valid for 30 days post the accrual of the points in the users account
