Schedule and Timeline:
The #KodakDiwali contest shall run from October 17th, 2017 12PM IST to October 30th, 2017 12PM IST (the contest period) and the winners will be announced on KODAK HD LED TV Facebook and Twitter pages (@KodakTVIndia) after the contest period.

SPPL at its discretion, reserves the right to curtail or extend the contest period, as it deems necessary. If there is a revision in the date, the same shall be published on KODAK HD LED TV’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

How to participate:
The contest will begin on 17th October 2017 at 12PM IST. Participants should share their entries in the form of pictures or videos with an innovative or fun story/stories telling us about their favorite KODAK HD LED TV product features and how do they relate to it in their daily life.
The participants should share their entries on KODAK HD LED TV’s website and sign up for the contest.

Entry Guidelines:
The participants should upload their entries in the following formats only:
** Images: JPG, PNG or GIF format in size 500×500, 700×700 or 1000×1000 pixels (Max. Size of photo/s should be under 2MB)
** Video: AVI, MOV, AVCHD or MP4 format only (Max. Size of video should be 10MB and video length should not be more than 1 min 30 seconds)

Participation Guidelines:
** The #KodakDiwali contest will be hosted on Facebook and Twitter.
** Participants can share their entries in the form of pictures or videos on Facebook and Twitter, using the hashtag #KodakDiwali and tagging @KodakTVIndia
** Make sure you tag your family/ friend/ others with #KodakDiwali!
** All participants must like the KODAK HD LED TV’s Facebook page and follow @KodakTvIndia on Twitter.
** Participants should ensure that their entry is open to view for public as per Facebook’s privacy setting while sharing an entry on Facebook
** The lucky winners shall be decided by SPPL at their discretion.
** This offer cannot be exchanged for any other products or in lieu of monetary transaction.
** This contest is in no way hosted/associated by/with Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Eastman Kodak Company and/or Kodak India.

General Rules:
** Winner agrees to cooperate with SPPL in fulfilling any legal obligation (if applicable). All decisions made by SPPL are final and non-negotiable.
** The participant agrees that SPPL reserves the right to the entry shared by the participant
** Participants may share more than one entry and participate on all days of the contest duration

Prize for the #KodakDiwali contest:
5 lucky participants (One grand prize winner and 4 other lucky winners) will be chosen from all the entries as the winners of this contest.

Grand Prize: KODAK 50 FHDX SMART LED TV
4 other lucky winners: KODAK 32 HDX SMART LED TV, KODAK 32 HD LED TV and 2 KODAK TV Speakers.
