Terms & Conditions :
These Terms & Conditions apply to and regulate the Fortune Edible Oils #AkshayKiFoodFauj Contest by Adani Wilmar Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at “Fortune House”, Nr. Navrangpura Railway Crossing, Ahmedabad – 380 009.

By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions of the contest incorporated herein and understands that these Terms & Conditions govern the contest. The participant is understood to have read the following Terms & Conditions and agrees to abide by them.

** To participate in this contest, participants should have a legitimate phone number and/or e-mail ID.
** Validity of the Contest: This contest is valid till 12th November, 2017.
** Contest: Participants have to submit the name of their signature home-made dish in text format, along with why they believe they should be a part of #AkshayKiFoodFauj.
** The 5 best selected entries, have to share the recipe of their signature dish once the result is announced.
** AWL will not be responsible for any lack or lapse in communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

The contest covers the following:
** Entries will be accepted only on the on the brand’s Facebook page (facebook.com/FortuneFoods) and will not be accepted through any other medium.
** The contest will only run till 12th November 2017.
** Participation is restricted to Indian citizens only.

Winner determination and award:
** Decision of selection of the best entries lies with the jury consisting of core committee of AWL & its authorized agency. The best entries will be selected only based on the originality, creativity & novelty of the entry as evaluated by the jury.
** Jury’s selection of entries and winner will be final and binding on all participants and shall not be subject to any review or appeal under any circumstances. No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners shall be entertained.

Gratification:
There will be 1 level of gratification for the contest mentioned as per below. AWL will reserve all rights to change the same at any point of time at its sole discretion.
** The 5 best entries will receive gratifications from Fortune Foods.

Announcing the winners:
** The announcement for the winners of the contest will be made on the Facebook page (facebook.com/FortuneFoods) only.
** The winners of the #AkshayKiFoodFauj Contest to be announced after completion of the contest.
** The winners will be informed about the details through the Facebook page (facebook.com/FortuneFoods) only.

General Terms & Conditions:
** AWL reserves its right at its sole discretion to accept or reject participation from any participant to the contest.
** Efforts will be made to follow the timelines. However, in the event of circumstances beyond the control of AWL, these timelines may need to be altered.
** AWL reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes will be of equal or greater value).
** No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners will be entertained.
** Winners will have to share their further details when contacted for the gratification by the company or their authorized agency.
** The winners will have to share their details within one week from the date of announcement of winners for enabling AWL to send the prize. In the event the winners fail to provide the details within one week, the prize of the winners shall stand cancelled and they will not be eligible for the prize.
** The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and is non-transferable.
** Employees of AWL, their immediate families, employees of AWL’s advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to qualify or participate in the contest associated with this activity.
** By participating in this contest, the participants agree to have their name and any other content and information (submitted by them) to be displayed by AWL on the Fortune Foods website and our social media properties.
** All the intellectual property rights with respect of this activity shall be the exclusive property of AWL.
** Participants give AWL the right to share their details with the evaluation committee as well as with any other partner(s) who AWL deems necessary.
** The contest shall be subject to Indian Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad only.
** Adani Wilmar Limited cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the contest.
** Adani Wilmar Limited and its associates cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majeure reasons.
