Shubh Labh Win Win Offer :

1) Havells India Limited scheme named “Shubh Labh 2015-2016 Win Win Offer”  is valid from 7th October 2015 to 15th March 2016 throughout India except Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat, unless otherwise extended by Havells.

2) This Offer is valid on the following products (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”):
a. Havells – Domestic Products DP, Flexible Cable (only 90 m), Modular Switches
b. Crabtree – Modular Switches
c. Standard – Domestic Products, Flexible Cable (Only 90 m), Modular Switches
d. Reo – Non Modular Switches

3) This Offer is only for the Havells Retailers, who are purchasing the Goods from Havells? Authorized Dealers and Distributors (hereinafter referred to as “AD&D”) and who have registered with Havells Powerplus or Sampark Program.

4) Any retailer who have/planned to sell the Goods during the Offer period and seeking to participate under this Offer must first register himself/itself with Havells Powerplus or Sampark Program through authorized Havells representative. For registered Powerplus/Sampark registered retailers only

5) It is clarified that the mere filling up of the request for registration form will not entitle Havells Retailers for taking benefit under this Offer. The decision of Havells with respect to grant of registration under Havells Powerplus or Sampark Program shall be final and binding and no claim whatsoever under this Offer, shall be entertained thereafter in case of rejection of request for registration of grant of under Havells Powerplus or Sampark Program. It is clarified in case of rejection of the grant of under Havells Powerplus or Sampark Program, the said retailer shall have no claim on Havells.

6) All the Havells Retailers qualified for Havells Shubh Labh 2015-2016 will be eligible to participate in the Offer after participating in Contest.
7) Under the Offer, eligible Havells Retailers will participate in a Lucky Draw and each eligible Havells Retailer will be entitled to participate once. The Lucky Draw winners would win Gifts/Products worth as mentioned.

8) The Lucky draw shall be held at the corporate office of Havells ie; QRG Towers, 2D, Sector 126, Expressway, Noida 201304 in the month of June 2016 and final date for which shall be communicated to all the eligible Havells Retailers at a later date. For registered Powerplus/Sampark registered retailers only

9) All withholding income taxes, all/any other levies imposed by the Central of State Governments, Income Tax/ Statutory Levy, shall be borne by respective Havells Retailer only with respect to the prize won under the Lucky Draw and/or otherwise under this offer and the said Havells Retailer shall have to deposit with Havells the said withholding income taxes, all/any other levies imposed by the Central of State Governments, Income Tax/ Statutory Levy, as the case may be, before making the requisition for receiving the prize. Havells shall issue the Tax deduction certificate to the respective Havells Retailer on due date.

10) Warranty and service of the Prize offered under the Lucky Draw shall be as per the warranty and service policy of Havells for its Products only and of the respective Manufacturer(s) for their Product(s) only.
11) Havells reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of the Terms and Conditions of this Offer without any prior notice.
12) The Offer shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such a case Havells shall not be liable to compensation to Havells Retailer on any account.
13) This Offer cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other Offer and/or Offer from Havells, subsisting or announced at a future date by Havells.

14) The incentive/prize under the Offer is non transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances. Lucky draw prizes will be sent to the respective Branch offices of Havells which can be collected by the lucky draw winner after complying with the requirements of Clause 9 above.

15) This Offer is open to Indian residents only.
16) Employees of Havells India Limited and its Advertising Agencies are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
17) All logos, trademark, copyrights belong to Havells India Limited which is the licensed user of the logo, trademark and copyrights of HAVELLS in India.

18) Disputes if any, in respect of the Offer, should be sent in writing to Havells India Limited, 1 Raj Narain Marg, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Courts of Delhi. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Havells.
