Baroda Champ Knowledge Hunt :

** Baroda Champ #KnowledgeHunt is an online trivia contest brought to you by Bank of Baroda.

** The contest will be on Bank’s microsite futuesbright.co.in and will be promoted through the Bank’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
** The contest is open to teenagers in the age range of 13-18 years in India.(“Participant”)
** Contest Duration: The contest starts on 1st November 2017 and ends on 13th November 2017 11:59 pm.
** There are total of 7 levels in the Baroda Champ #KnowledgeHunt trivia contest. Participant needs to correctly answer all the questions asked in each level to be eligible for a prize.
** The participants would have to provide their name, email address, mobile number and date of birth to start with the hunt.
** A participant can participate only once in the Quiz.
** Top 14 lucky winners would be selected and awarded Baroda Gift card worth Rs 1000/- each. In addition, top 140 lucky winners would be awarded co-branded FIFA merchandise.
** Winners would be confirmed through email. The prizes will be dispatched only at the end of November 2017.

** By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
** Bank of Baroda can use your public profile picture, name & place in any contest- related announcements on all its social media platforms.
** Participants will have to correctly answer all the questions to win the prize.
** The winners will have to provide valid photo id and other details required for the dispatch of the prize within the prescribed date. Bank will cancel the prize upon non receipt of any of the aforesaid details.
** Bank of Baroda reserves the right to remove any comments that de-motivate, defame or abuse any participant or cancel, withdraw, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
** The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is nontransferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
** The Program cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Bank of Baroda, subsisting or announced at a future date by Bank of Baroda.

** Bank of Baroda reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on all participants.

** The Prize will be delivered to the winners after 27th November 2017. Bank of Baroda shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason beyond its control. The winning Contestant shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Bank of Baroda for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever.

** Bank of Baroda is the owner and/ or licensee of various trademarks including all graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names relating to the Contest and the Participants are not allowed to use the same in any manner whatsoever; whether or not it causes confusion among contestants, or disparages or discredits Bank of Baroda or its Affiliates.

All other trademarks not owned by Bank of Baroda or its Affiliates that appear on this Website or Contest, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with or connected to Bank of Baroda.

** Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Program, by way of fake or duplicate profile or profiles or multiple entries or any other unfair practice may result in termination of Contestant participation in the Program and cancellation of the prize if any in addition to any other rights or remedies Bank of Baroda shall have whether in law or equity against Contestant.

** Decision of Bank of Baroda on all aspects including with regard to administering the Program shall be final and binding on the Contestant.
** Participation in this Program shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and of any rules and regulations already announced.
** The Contestant acknowledges that he has fully read and understood and is thus fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Program and his/her participation in this Program is voluntary.
