** Cash award will be paid via paypal / NEFT .
** Recipient have to bear all applicable charges and taxes in their respective country.
** Below 300 participant, the cash award will be 50%.
** Below 200 participant, NO cash award.
** All awards will be send via India Post.
** Though utmost care will be taken for sending awards, PHA will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

THEMES 4 sections all digital :
1) Colour Open ( PID – C )
2) Monochrome Open ( PID – M )
3) Photo Travel ( PTD )
4) Nature ( ND )
** Each participant can enter up to 4 images per section.

Work Size :
Digital image format :
** 8-bit JPEG, sRGB color profile, maximum image width ( horizontal ) is 1024 pixels and maximum image height ( vertical ) is 768 pixels in 300dpi.
** File size of the Image should not exceed 1MB.

** Titles should not be more than 30 characters.
** Only Western/Latin, English Alphabet (a-z; A-Z; 0-9) are allowed.
** Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable as part or all of an image’s title, nor are camera capture filenames or titles consisting of only numbers.

Condition Of Entry :
** The exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.

** Committee members and their first-degree relatives cannot participate to the contest.
** Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally.

** For digital imaging section(s) images may be acquired digitally, or scanned from traditional film to create a digital file.
** Images may be altered, either digitally or otherwise, by the maker if the photographic content predominates, subject to Nature, Photo Travel and divisional restrictions.

No Alteration For Nature And Photo Travel Images :
** Each image must have a unique title.
** Once an image has been accepted in a PSA-recognized exhibition, that same image, or a like “in camera” or a “reproduction” duplicate of that image:

** May not be re-entered in any section of the same Division Star Ratings class in that exhibition regardless of media, format, or title.
** May not be re-titled for entry in any other PSA Recognized exhibition.
** All entrants must provide name and country data exactly the same in each exhibition entered to receive proper credit.

** Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable as part or all of an image’s title, nor are camera capture file names.
** No title or identification of the maker shall be visible anywhere on the face of an image, print mat or mount.

Participation Fees :
1. For Foreign Entrants :
Each section : US$ 10 . Minimum participation is 2 section.

2. For Indian Entrants: Each section: Rs 350. Minimum participation is 2 section.
** For Indian entrants upload payment proof on contest website is mandatory for database updation.
** For INDIAN Entrants, Entry fee shall be paid by At per CHEQUE, NEFT, Net Banking.
** Cash Deposit And Out Station Cheque Are Not Eligible.

2) 20% off for club entry of minimum 5 people.
3) For our 2017 participants – 20% off on early bird period. After that 10% up to closing. (2017 Participants have to register again with same name and email used for 2017 contest)
** Entries received without proper fee and beyond closing date will not be judged and fee will not be refunded.
