1. Discount Offer is valid from 23 October 2017 till 22 January 2018 all across Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Sahakari Bhandar Stores, Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, CnC, and Reliance Footprint.

2. Discount offer is provided only for Customers using valid Visa cards for payment through BharatQR at the cash counter in lieu of per transaction bill amount of Rs.200.00 and above at Reliance Fresh /Smart / Sahakari Bhandar/Reliance Digital/Reliance Trends/CnC/Reliance Footprints Stores.

3. Discount offer is provided only for Customers using valid Scan & Pay transaction through BharatQR on Visa Cards for payment at the cash counter in lieu of per transaction bill amount of Rs.200.00 & above

4. Discount offer :
** 15% cashback off on a single transaction of a minimum amount of Rs.200.00. Maximum discount per transaction with Visa card payment made through BharatQR during the offer period is Rs.150.00 (Rupees One Hundred and fifty Only). Valid Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Sahakari Bhandar Stores, Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, CnC, and Reliance Footprint stores. Cashback will be credited into the customer’s account within 30 days of the transaction being conducted.

5. All products return would be entertained as per the company’s prevailing product return policy only.
6. Visa cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the discount offer. Any such participation is voluntary.
7. Reliance Retail Ltd reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this offer at any time.

8. This discount offer is from Visa and conducted and implemented by Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Sahakari Bhandar Stores, Reliance Digital, Reliance Trends, CnC, and Reliance Footprint stores and is applicable to Eligible Cardholders.
9. Liability of Reliance Retail Ltd is limited to the cash back offer amount.

10. Any disputes arising out of the offer shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Reliance for this purpose. The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provision of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at Mumbai and language of arbitration shall be English.

11. All disputes under the Program shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
12. Reliance Retail Ltd reserve their right to change, discontinue, extend contest, or modify the terms and conditions thereof without giving any prior notice.

13. Holding of the discount offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
14. Reliance Retail Ltd (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated Visa Card for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
