Terms & Conditions :
** The artwork should be bonafide original work.
** Maximum size of exhibit paintings will be 92 cm X 122 cm (36 X 48 Inches).
** All Paintings should be framed in good way.
** Send the photographs (size 5″ x 7″) of your artwork with this form.
** Organisation wil not responsible for any damage of the painting during courier.

Participation Charges :
** Rs 2000/- for one artwork
** Rs 3500/- for two artworks
** Rs 5000/- for three artworks
** Rs 6000/- for four-five artwoks

First 20 Entries will Get 20% Discount :
** Participation fees will not be refundable in any condition.
** Last date of submitting form will be 31st July 2018.
** All the original artwork for exhibition should be submitted till 31st August 2018.
** One Passport size photograph of participant attached with registration form.

** Information provided must be complete, eligible and duly signed.
** One should send artwork by courier or registered post on their own risk.
** After exhibition collect your artworks from gallery till date, ohterwise organisation is not responsible of your artwork.
** Courier charges will be paid by artist only.

Application Procedure :
1. Collect Prospectus & Application Form
The Students can Collect the Prospectus on Payment of Rs 600/- Cash or Draft in favour of Himanshu Art Institute.
The Students can Request the Prospectus by Courier by Writing to Himanshu Art Institute Cottage No.18, West Patel Nagar, Near Metro Pillar No.222, New Delhi 110008
Specifying their Name, Address and Mobile Number along with a Draft of Rs 650/-

2. Submit the Application Form :
** The Students Should Fill the Application Form with All Necessary Details.
** The Application Form can be Submitted at the Himanshu Art Institute Campus.

3. Include the Necessary Enclosures :
** Two Passport Sized Photographs
** Self Attested Mark Sheets of Qualifying Exams
** Identity Proof
4. Read Carefully all the Terms & Conditions Mention in the Admission Form.

5. Deposit Your Admission Fee + Course Fee at the Time of Admission.
** Fee Includes Admission Fee, Course Fee, Prospectus Charges, Administrative & Examination
