Eligibility Criteria to Enter Testbook Contest :
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Details of the Testbook Contest & How to Enter:
** This Contest will commence from November 27th, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on November 30th, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must Purchase the Testbook one year subscription plan worth Rs. 599/-
** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, 1 participant will be selected by a random draw
** Upon purchasing the one-year subscription plan within the time period communicated by Testbook, the selected participant may win OnePlus 5T (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Odds of Winning Testbook Contest :
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.

Prize Drawing – Testbook Contest :
The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity.

The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.

If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Testbook, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of the Prize.
