Open Sea Swimming Race :

** The 8th Open Sea Swimming Competition 2017 is planned on Sunday, 17th December 2017. The race will be conducted from CHIVLA BEACH at Malvan, with distance of 500 Mt, 1Km, 2 Km, 3 Km & 5 Km.

** The competition is open to all swimmers male and female minimum age being 6 years & will be conducted in 11 Categories. Boys and Girls 6-7, 8-10, 11–12, 13–15, 16–18, 19–25, Men & Women 26–35, 36–45, 46–55 & 56 yrs & above. The 11th Category will be for Handicapped Swimmers; male & female in the open age group category.

** There will be attractive prizes including cash for winners and participation certificates will be given to those who complete the race.
** There shall be Rolling Trophy for fastest male and female swimmers (5 Km. category).

** Numbered cotton swimming cap will be given to all swimmers which must be returned back to the organizers after completion of race.
** Programme Souvenir with Route Map will be provided to all swimmers during Registration.

** Medical facilities for all swimmers will be provided during race.
** Reporting shall be on 16th December 2017 after 12 p.m. at Daivadnya Bhavan, Malvan.

** If in any group, entries are less than 7 participants, the same group will be clubbed / Combined with another group.
** The Prizes shall be presented to the first 10 places in each group, provided that there are sufficient entries in each group, which will be decided by the Organising Committee.

** If in any event the participants are five or less than that, prices will be presented to first three places only and if participants are ten or less than that, prices will be presented to first five places only.

** We Solicit swimmers of your Club / Institute / District Bodies to make the 8th Open SEA SWIMMING COMPETITION, A GRAND SUCCESS. The Entry Form and Indemnity Bond are enclosed.

** All participants would be required to submit documentary proof of age and medical certificate at the time of submitting entry form and please carry the original certificate (Proof of Birth) at the time of registration. Entry form and indemnity bond should reach this office by 4TH DECEMBER 2017.

** The Entry Fee shall be Rs. 800/- each and shall be paid along with the entry form in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque only drawn in favour of “Sindhudurg District Aquatic Association” before the last date of Entry form, i.e. 4TH DECEMBER, 2017.

** All Entries after 4th DECEMBER TO 12TH DECEMBER 2017, Entry Fees will be Rs.900/- Pl. Note the same.
