17/11/2015 : Arrival of NDIO Examinees / Judges and NDIO Seminar
18/11/2015 : NDIO Seminar
19/11/2015 : Arrival of Teams and NDIO Examination
20/11/2015 : Opening Ceremony , Competition, Medal Ceremony
21/11/2015 : Competition, Medal Ceremony
22/11/2015 : Competition, Medal Ceremony and Closing
23/11/2015 : Departure NDIO Examinees, Teams, Officials ( Before 12.noon ).

6. WEIGH IN :
Weigh-in will be conducted one day prior on which matches in that category will / are to be
played.
Trial Weight : Every day from 5.p.m to 5.30.p.m.
Final Weight : Every day from 6 p.m. to 7.p.m.

Up to and including 50 kg (-50 kg)
Over 50 kg up to and including 55 kg (-55 kg)
Over 55 kg up to and including 60 kg (-60 kg)

Over 73 kg up to and including 81 kg (-81 kg)

Age limit:
Cadet: Boys and Girls must be 15 years old or above and under 18 years (must be born between 1998 and 2000 )
Junior: Men and Women must be 15 years old or above and under 21 years (must be born between 1995 and 2000 )
Note: Those who selected in the Team, under 18 year old, the secondary entry must be countersigned by parent / guardian.

The athletes of age group of years 15, 16 and 17 can enter only in one category either in Cadet or Junior. ( It means that they are not allowed to enter at the same time in categories of both Cadet and Junior)

CONTEST RULES : The Championships will be held on the basis of JFI Contest Rules and Regulations and the Sporting Code.

PARTICIPATION :
1. A player can play in one weight category only.
2. Only Registered players and officials will be allowed to participate.
3. The athletes of age group of years 15, 16 and 17 can enter only in one category either in Cadet or Junior. ( It means that they are not allowed to enter at the same time in categories of both Cadet and Junior)

ENTRIES :
1. Entries by name must be submitted in DUPLICATE in the enclosed form during accreditation.
2. Entry form must be signed and stamped by the President/Secretary of the State Judo Association.
3. NO change or re-arrangement of players will be allowed after the entries are submitted. A player who fails to qualify at any stage will be disqualified and no one else can be substituted in his/her place.
4. Xerox copy of the age proof of EACH competitor must be attached alongwith the entry form.
5. Players and Officials must bring their latest four stamp size photographs.
6. FINAL ENTRY By NAME MUST before 10TH November 2015

FINAL ENTRY:
FINAL ENTRIES must be sent to the following Emails before 10th November 2015, as per the JFI Format:

INSCRIPTION, REGISTRATION, TEAM ENTRY FEE :
Inscription Fee : 1. Players, Team Officials ( per person ) : Rs.200.00
Registration Fee: 1. Players, Team Officials ( per person ) : Rs.200.00

Team Entry Fee: A Demand Draft of Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five hundred only) in favour of JUDO FEDERATION OF INDIA, payable at Delhi; to be given as team entry fee towards participating in the Championships.

Age Proof: The following Two Original documents must be brought with the team for acceptance as proof of age :-
a] Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal / Panchayat or any other concerned Govt. Authority.
OR
b] Original Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer, of the respective area, on official letter head.
&
Original Certificate issued by the Principal / Headmaster of the School, mentioning Date of Birth, Father’s Name and Class, where the boy/girl is studying, on official letter head of the School, with Photograph of the student, Affiliation Number issued by State Board / CBSE / Education Deptt., with place of issue, duly attested. The proper address, telephone nos., fax number of the School must be mentioned, in the letter head.

Note: Xerox copy / Passport Copies will not be accepted. Original documents are to be shown at the time of Accreditation.
