** This offer (“Offer”) is being jointly provided by HDFC Bank Limited (“Bank”) and Green Mobiles , Rocket Kommerce (“Participating Seller(s)”) and is made available on .amazon.in or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (collectively “Website”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

** These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

** All residents of India holding a valid credit card or debit card issued by the Bank (each a “Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (each a “Cardholder”).

** The Offer is valid from November 30, 2017 to December 9, 2017 (both days inclusive), or until stocks of the Products (defined hereinafter) made available by the Participating Seller(s) last, whichever is earlier (“Offer Period”), unless revoked by Amazon (in its sole discretion), or revoked by the Bank or the Participating Seller(s), without any prior notice and without any liability.

Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, purchases any variant of a new iPhone SE , 6, 6s, 7, 7 Plus, 8 and 8 Plus (“Product”) on Amazon.in from any of the following sellers:
(i) Green Mobiles;
(ii) Rocket Kommerce LLP; (each a “Participating Seller”), and makes payment for the Product using the Card, will be entitled to receive an instant discount of INR 2,000 on such purchased Product, provided that the purchase value for such transaction (inclusive of taxes) is equivalent to or exceeds INR 20,000 on a per transaction basis. In other words, customers who purchase the Product in accordance with the above and during the Offer Period will pay the list price of the Product determined by the sellers less INR 2,000.

** The Offer can only be availed where the underlying purchase is completed on Amazon.in with one Product in the cart. This Offer cannot be claimed with multiple items in the cart (including multiple Products). In the event the purchase is completed with multiple items in the cart, the Cardholder will, instead of getting instant discount, receive cashback to the tune of INR 2,000 in his / her account maintained with the Bank.

** The purchase of the Product will be governed by the terms of sale, including terms of exchange, applicable to the sale of the Product on Amazon.in. This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Product by the Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available and applicable on the Product), provided that the amount to be paid by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, using the Card is not less than INR 20,000.

** For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the amount payable by the Cardholders, after the exchange offer is applied, is less than INR 20,000, such Cardholders will not be entitled to avail the Offer.

** The purchase of Product by Cardholders on equated monthly instalments (EMI) will also eligible for this Offer.

** This Offer is also applicable on payment made by customers using the ‘Card on Delivery’ payment option provided that: (a) the order for the Product is placed by the Cardholders on the Amazon.in during the Offer Period; and (b) the Cardholder, at the time of delivery of the Product, makes the payment via card accepting machine carried by the delivery associate using the Card.

** In the event, for any reason, the card accepting machine is not available or is not working, the customers will not be entitled to avail the Offer. Cardholders who complete the purchase transaction using this payment method will be entitled to receive cashback of INR 2,000 in their account maintained with the Bank.

** The cashback is jointly being funded by the Bank and the Participating Seller to the total exclusion of Amazon.

** The Offer can be availed only once per Card. In other words, in the event a customer avails the Offer using a Card in accordance with these Offer Terms, such customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer again using the same Card (whether such customer buys the same Product or a different variant of the Product).

** This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. In other words, the instant discount will not be refunded or the cashback will not be provided, as the case may be.

** Amazon and/or the Bank reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

** Amazon and/ or the Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

** Delinquent and over-limit Bank’s credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
** Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
** Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.

** The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein will prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes will be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card member agreement.

** All disputes between the Cardholders and the Bank will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholders and the Bank.
** This Offer is not valid on corporate or commercial Cards.

This Offer is not available on :
(i) purchase of products other than the Product, or
(ii) purchase of Products from sellers other than the Participating Seller(s), or
(iii) purchase of Product using a card other than the Card(s).

** Where applicable, the cashback will be credited in Cardholder’s account maintained with the Bank by February 09, 2018.

** By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product(s).

** These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
** Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
