TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
By taking part in the Dream Destination Game (“Game”) of SriLankan Airlines Limited (“SriLankan”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
Please ensure you read properly and understand the Terms and Conditions before you enter into the Game.

If you are not in agreement with the Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Game.
1. The Game starts on Friday, the 1st of December 2017 and ends on Wednesday, the 20th of December 2017. SriLankan, however, shall have the right to change the ending date of the Game without prior notice.
2. This Game is open to all Facebook users in the following countries and cities: Sri Lanka; Singapore; Malaysia; Indonesia; Hong Kong; Delhi (India); Mumbai (India); Bangalore (India); Chennai (India;); Melbourne (Australia); and London (United Kingdom).
3. This Game is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
4. The contact details provided by the participants shall be used for communicating with them and to inform them of future promotions of SriLankan where necessary.
5. The participants should be above 18 years of age at the time of participating in the Game.
6. The winners shall be required to establish their identity at the time of receiving the prize and SriLankan shall not award a prize to any winner who fails to establish his/her identity to the entire satisfaction of SriLankan.

7. In order to take part in the Game the participants shall:
1. Spin the slot machine until they get the combination that reads “NICE ALL THE WAY!”
2. Complete the form by entering the following details accurately: Dream Destination; Name; Email address; and Phone number
3. Indicate they are in agreement with the Terms and Conditions of the Game by ticking the box on the form
4. Like’ the official SriLankan Airlines corporate Facebook page located at facebook.com/flysrilankan/ by clicking on the ‘Like’ button on the form
5. Share’ the Dream Destination Game on their Facebook page by clicking on the ‘Share’ button on the form

8. The participants may take part in the Game more than one time but they shall be considered only once for the draw.

9. Use of obscenity, vulgarity, discriminatory or any other form of offensive language/images on the official SriLankan Airlines corporate Facebook page timeline or through direct messages sent to the page shall be a reason to ban a participant from the draw. SriLankan shall reserve the right to disqualify a participant from the Game at its sole discretion on whatsoever reason.

10. SriLankan shall have the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have made multiple entries by registering through different Facebook accounts and/or by providing a different name, email address and Phone number at each time of registration.
11. SriLankan shall not be responsible for any system interruption or failures which could have prevented participants from taking part in the Game.
12. SriLankan shall not be liable for any virus, malfunctions or any other form of damage which could have transmitted to the equipment of participants while taking part in the Game.
13. SriLankan shall strictly deal in accordance with law with any attempts made to undermine, abuse, sabotage or defame the Game or the image of SriLankan.
14. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions set out herein shall be a ground for disqualification of any participant from the Game.
15. SriLankan shall select the winners at the end of the Game through a raffle draw at random.
16. SriLankan shall award each winner one (1) return air ticket on Economy Class to any online destination to which SriLankan operates direct flights to.

17. The return air ticket provided to each winner is subject to non-transferability, capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, all of which are subject to change. Except for the awarded air ticket, each winner shall have to bear all other expenses in relation to their travel such as additional air tickets, airport transfers, travel insurance, hotel accommodation and other transportation, visa fees, etc.

18. If the winner is living outside an online destination of SriLankan, SriLankan shall not bear any costs he/she has to incur to reach an online destination of SriLankan in order to utilize the ticket he/she won.
19. SriLankan shall not be responsible for any costs, delays, disruption incurring as a result of flight delays, cancellations and diversions.
20. The winners shall not be eligible to request for any upgrading, excess baggage or date changes on free of charge basis, and further shall not be entitled to have any Frequent Flyer Programme Miles.

21. The winners agree to take part in any promotional, marketing or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by SriLankan and to consent to the use and disclosure of content created by SriLankan through such promotional, marketing or publicity activities which may bear the winners’ names, photos, videos and/or general areas of residence, on any form of media without any reward or further reference.

22. Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. And courts of Sri Lanka shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the parties. The unenforceability or invalidity of any Term or Condition herein shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the other Terms and Conditions.

23. Terms and Conditions set out herein shall supersede any statements made in any promotional campaigns on this Game.
24. The decisions of SriLankan on any matter shall be final.
25. SriLankan may vary the Terms and Conditions provided herein from time to time without any prior notice.
26. Employees of SriLankan, affiliated agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter into this Game.
