Young Managers Simulation Championship :
About YMS :
** Young Managers Simulation is a new endeavor to provide an excellent opportunity to the current generation to familiarize them about Business Management concepts and manage a business in the simulated environment.

** The participants are sensitized to acquaint with the challenges faced by the top Leaders, Decision Makers, and Administrators as functional Heads to encounter these by forming the business strategies and making decisions.
** The exposure sharpens their business acumen and definitely makes them ready as versatile human asset to shoulder multi-tasking by using the business skills enhanced through the simulation.

** Opportunity for the Champion to make Wild Card entry to NMG Finale (2018).
Eligibility :
** Young Managers/Engineers below 35 years of Age (Born not before 1st Jan 1982)
** Team comprising of 2 to 3 members
Process :
** 2-3 members team represents an enterprise and appoints Functional Heads to adopt the role of CFO, CMO, and COO
** A hypothetical business case is presented to each team with economic data, financial and business reports
** Each team works on its own strategy in all functional areas and Product development with an aim to reach the pre-set Goal
** The entire process is executed through AIMA’s proprietary software “Chanakya”
