Movies Now 100 Mania Season 5 Contest

1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest.

2. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of ZENL, its subsidiaries, film partners, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. The period of the Contest is from December 15, 2017 to March 24, 2018 (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period’).

4. Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by ZENL and it is to be understood that any Prize will be given to the Winner(s) only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents. Any information found to be incomplete, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the Participant. The personal information provided by the Participant/s will be saved/ stored with ZENL for the purpose of completion of the Contest.

5. By participating in the Contest, the Participant warrants that all information provided by the Participant regarding his/her name, age, state, city, address, phone number etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete and that the Participant is authorized to provide such information and consents to the use of such information by ZENL and/or affiliates.

6. Participant gives BCCL the right to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media, Participant’s and/or Winner’s name, image, likeness and/or photograph (except where prohibited by law) without any further permission, consent or consideration in any form, by whatever name called.

7. How to participate :
a. To participate in the Contest, Participant shall have a Facebook and/or Twitter account.
b. ZENL shall display a number, during the 09:00 pm movie on each day, at any time during the Contest Period on the Channel

c. To participate in the Contest, the Participant shall be required to call the number displayed on the Channel, during a 10 (ten) minute window immediately following the display of such number on the Channel.

d. The Participant, who calls on the number as given above, will be asked a question by way of an SMS. Participant is required to give a missed call on the number provided, with the correct answer.

e. ZENL shall from amongst those Participants who answered the question correctly, by random lucky draw, select a winner each day, who will stand a chance to be declared the winner for that particular day of the Contest Period (“Winner(s)”).

f. The Winners of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices. All the entries will be stored in a backend system operated by ZENL and/or any person/agency appointed by ZENL.

8. The Winner(s) as selected by ZENL will be given the prize which is allotted for that particular day of the Contest Period (“Prize”). Each Winner will be entitled to receive only one Prize. The exact details of the Prize and the expenses covered will be subsequently informed to the Winner(s) vide a letter.

The product, value, make and brand of the Prize that the Winner will receive shall be decided by ZENL at their sole discretion. ZENL reserves the right to change the Prize and the same shall be final & binding. The Prize and its specification and features shown on screen or in any communication, including print ads, social media, Tv etc. is only for representational purpose and are subject to change without any prior notice or intimation.

All Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes and expenses in association with the Prize, including but not limited to Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies, registration and insurance charges etc, as may be applicable from time to time arising out of the Prize, and for submission of proof of the same to ZENL, failing which ZENL shall not be responsible for delivering the prize to the Winner.

The Winner agrees to comply with the procedure, as intimated by ZENL. ZENL shall take reasonable endeavor to deliver the Prize within 90 days from the date of announcement of the Winner.
