** Enter between: 04.12.17 – 21.12.17 inclusive. To Enter: Visit.datsunlove.com/in/, upload photos to create a GIF of your Datsun road trip and share it through your social media account including the #DatsunLove hashtag and a comment about your Datsun. ** This Promotion is only open to legal residents of India, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its Partners, Agencies or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

** No purchase necessary however a valid Facebook or Twitter account and internet access is required. You will need to create a free Twitter or Facebook, account if you have not done so already. Due to the nature of this competition entrants must own or know someone who owns a Datsun car.

Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 IST on 4th December 2017 and 23.59 IST on 21st December 2017.

To Enter :
** Visit datsunlove.com/in/ and upload photos of your travel in a Datsun car and use the tools provided to create a GIF that expresses your love of your Datsun car.

Then share your GIF on: Datsun India’s Facebook or Twitter page, or your personal Facebook account or your personal Twitter account with the hashtag #DatsunLove and a comment about your Datsun car and like or follow Datsun India’s Facebook or Twitter page.

Further entry details :
** Entrants must only submit photos that are their own work and are of their own Datsun car;
** Entrants must not upload photos which have been previously published or won an award or prize via a promotion run by the Promoter or any other entity; and

** Entrants must only upload photos that do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, Other than that of Datsun) including but not limited to, ownership, copyrights, trademarks, patents, logos, licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other intellectual property rights.
** All GIFs must be submitted using the correct hashtag and a comment.

** Entries must include the hashtag #DatsunLove and must be made from an account that is able to receive Public messages. In addition, those entering via Twitter and Facebook must follow @DatsunIndia (Twitter) or like the Datsun India Facebook page on entry and after the end of the Promotion Period in order to be contacted if selected as a winner.

** By submitting your information and if applicable, creating a Twitter or Facebook account you agree to the Twitter or Facebook, terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a Twitter or Facebook account, or participate in this Competition.

** By entering the Promotion, entrants give their permission for their entries to be used by the Promoter without further compensation and no additional consent needed, over and above the award of the prize if applicable, for up to three years for promotional purposes to include publishing entries. Tier 1: One winner will win a 260,000 INR travel voucher for Yatra.com, valid for national & international travel.
Tier 2: 4 winners will each receive a 100,000 INR travel voucher for Yatra.com, valid for national & international travel.
