Lotus YOUTHRx Beauty with Brains Contest 2015:

** Eligibility – Indian Resident married couple
** The contest will start from 19th Oct 2015 and close at 23:59 on 1st Nov 2015.

How To Participate:

** Answer the simple questions asked during the promo run on ZOOM – TV starting from 19th Oct 2015 to 1st November 2015.
** To answer type LOTUS < SPACE> YOUR ANSWER A, B OR C and send to 58888, through your own genuine mobile phone, this mobile number will be treated registered for contest.
** The answer must reach to the company up to 23:59 IST of 1st November 2015, after that no SMS will be entertained for the contest.

Selection of Winners:

Total 50 Winners will be selected. The winner will be declared on the basis of highest no of correct SMS sent by participant. In case of the tie the winner will be who has sent the correct SMS in minimum time. The winners will be declared by Lotus Herbals (P) Ltd. on 25th November, 2015 on URL – www.lotusherbals.com

Bumper Prizes:
The 1st & 2nd winners will be awarded with Trip to Goa and rest 48 winners will be awarded with a Gift Hamper of products of LOTUS brand.

Other Terms & Conditions:

** Tour cannot be organized between 15th December, 2015 to 15th January, 2016 also it cannot be organized during the Fair & Festivals at Goa.

** The winner should convey at care@lotusherbals.com the schedule with 3 options for date of trip at least 30days prior the date of travelling. The Trip to Goa will be for 3 night & 4days stay in 4star Hotel or Resort including breakfast & dinner for each couple. During the stay at Goa the winner will be provided one day local City Tour Package by tourist bus.

** Return flight tickets of Spicejet/ Indigo or similar in economy class to Goa from the nearest Air Port from home town of the winner, from where the direct flight to Goa is available subject to the availability of tickets as well of accommodation. Return airport transfers. Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd.is not responsible and shall not bear any costs incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling of flights or any other change in itinerary.

** Lotus Herbals (P) Ltd shall not be responsible for any expenses to reach up to the Airport from home.The prize cannot be reimbursed or converted into cash or any other form. The offer is valid for six months only, from the date of announcement of Prize, if any of the winner is unable to avail the offer, the prize automatically be forfeited.

** Lotus Herbals (P) Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expenses or cost incurred from home to Airport. The winner should carry a valid photo ID and other documents as per the requirement of Airlines or under any other applicable provisions of law, if winner fails to comply, Lotus Herbals shall not be responsible for any consequences.

** Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd. shall not responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, disappointment or any technical failure incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize. The winner shall submit the photo ID with address proof and proof of ownership/genuineness of their mobile SIM form which they have sent their answer through SMS.

** The employees of Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and or its associate/affiliate companies, subsidiaries or its group companies shall not be eligible to participate or to win any prize in the contest. It will be deemed that the person participating in the contest have read and agreed with all these terms & conditions given on www.lotusherbals.com

** All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize shall be exclusively borne by the participants including but not limited to TDS, Gift Tax, Insurance and/or any other taxes applicable of any law passed by the respective Central or State Governments.

** The company shall not take any responsibility for any warranty, express or implied, of the prize. Any/all decisions of the company relating to the manner in which the contest is conducted, selection of winner etc., shall be at the sole discretion of the company and shall be final and binding on the participants/winners and no correspondence/communication shall be entertained in this regard. In the event the winner is unable to be reached or is ineligible or disqualified for any reason whatsoever, the company shall be at liberty to forfeit such prize or roll it over to the next eligible participant at its sole discretion. The winner shall be announced at the end of the contest or after all the winner selection processes are completed, whichever is later.

** The company also reserves the right to unconditionally and without assigning reasons, foreclose the contest/withdraw the contest/limit the number of entries/stop or abandon the contest or disqualify any participant who tampers with or abuses the process of the contest or its terms and conditions. Failure by the company to enforce any of its rights at any stage of the contest shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights. If there is any dispute the courts of Delhi will be having exclusive jurisdiction.
