“#FamilyTimeAt9’ on Facebook & Twitter 2015:
The following terms and conditions (“T&Cs”/ “Terms and Conditions”) shall be applicable to Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd., (“MSM”) owned television channel ‘SET’ (Sony Entertainment Television) (“Channel”) for the activity conducted by MSM on the social networking websites namely, ”Facebook & Twitter” (“Activity”) relating to promotion of the show titled “Pyar Ko Ho Jaane Do” (“Show”) to be telecast on the Channel which shall function in accordance with the Specific T&C’s at end of this T&C and the contest shall be termed as follows

Day/s of the Activity:
The Activity shall be held on 20th October, 2015

Start and End Timing of the Activity:
The Activity shall commence from 10 am IST to 11:59 pm IST on the Channel’s Facebook page and from 7pm IST to 9 pm IST on Channel’s Twitter page

Platform on which Activity shall be available:
Twitter and Facebook page of Channel

Specific Terms of Participation/Process of Participation:
1) MSM shall post one:
(1) questions on Channel’s Twitter and Facebook page.
2) Interested Participants shall submit their answers on the Twitter Page of the channel (@sonyTv) with a tweet using #FamilyTimeAt9 and on Facebook through comments

Note:
While participating in Activity, Participants shall ensure that the entries in form of comments:-
** are sent in only tweet/Facebook comment format in manner required and in English language only
** shall not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy rights, copyrights, trademark rights and/or any other intellectual property rights;
** is not abusive, harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
** does not harm minors in any way;
** does not violate any law for the time being in force;
** does not deceive or mislead about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
** does not contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
** shall not create any liability for MSM or any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders;

Specific Process for choosing the Winners:
1) All the answers for the questions will be collected from the Entries received by MSM.
2) There will be two (2) winners on Facebook and two (2) winners on Twitter

3) The decision of MSM in choosing the Winners and the appropriate answer by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while participating into this Activity agrees to accept MSM’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.

4) MSM shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for the definitive process for choosing the Winners and the Participants by participating in the Activity shall be bound by these T&Cs and Basic T&Cs.
5) MSM reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Activity at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants.
6) The decisions of MSM and its representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Activity.

Announcement of the Winners:
1) The Winners shall be declared within two (2) week of the end of the Activity through email/direct message and/or respective pages of Channel Website.
2) The Winners shall be declared as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs

3) Winners shall be declared through a Facebook post and a tweet. The Winners needs to revert back with the required details and formalities within twenty four (24) hours after contacting them. Any responses received after this Last Date shall be considered void / Winner shall stand disqualified and MSM shall not be liable in any manner way or form.

4) In event the Participant is not able to utilize the Prize or is unable / refuses to accept the same, the Prize will be revoked by MSM.

Prize(s):
1) Each winner will win a Flipkart Voucher worth Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each
2) Winners shall be entitled to such other prizes (as decided by MSM in its sole discretion) which will be sent /arranged for the respective Winner within sixty (60) days from the date of announcement of the Winners.
3) The Winner shall be contacted in the manner specified in the Basic T&Cs.
4) The process of sending the Prize(s) shall be as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs.

Following are the terms that shall be applicable to the Activity:
1. The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.
2. The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity. (All persons fulfilling conditions mentioned in section 1 & 2 shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participants”)
3. Activity shall be open for participation as per the timelines specified in the T&Cs for Activity.
4. Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of MSM and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Activity.

5. The Activity terms and conditions shall be mentioned on MSM website https://www.setindia.com/ (“Website”). The Participants agree that by participating in the Activity, the Participants shall be bound by the terms and conditions provided at the Website.

6. The Participants shall be required to provide basic personal information about them including but not limited to Participants name, address, telephone number or mobile number and email address in order to register and participate in the Activity. The information provided by the Participants may be used by MSM for internal purposes and to send in the future to the Participants promotional information pertaining to the MSM network.

7. The specific requirements for the Activity shall be outlined in the T&Cs of the Activity.
8. For the Activity, each Participant must submit their complete Entry (as defined below) in order to qualify as an entrant in the Activity through Specific Mode of Participation specified in Specific T&C’s stated at end of this T&C.
9. Participants entering the Activity may submit any number of Entries so long as such Entries meet MSM’s criteria as specified in these T&Cs even if not chosen as the final winner(s) (as defined below) of the Activity and any Participant may at MSM’s sole discretion be declared a winner of the Activity.
10. The manner, day and the basis of choosing the winner (“Winner”) shall be specified in the T&Cs of the Activity.
