Eligibility:
** “The 12 Holiday Carols” Quiz is open to all PanelPlace members worldwide, except employees and immediate families from PanelPlace (the Sponsor) and associated companies and all joint-promotional partners.

Duration:
** The validity of this Lucky Draw begins at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”), 01 November 2017, and ends at 23:59 GMT, 31 December 2017, (the “Quiz Period”). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

** The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this contest.

Prizes: Total Value of Prizes: USD 240; 12 Prizes of USD 20 each. One Santa’s Bag (PanelPlace Style) for one lucky winner
** ALL prizes will be awarded as cash via PayPal. Winners may be required to set up a money transfer account, as directed by the Sponsor, in order to receive his/her prize.

** Prizes are not transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
** The Prize is non-exchangeable and not redeemable for other prizes.

Prize Drawing:
** No purchase is required to enter the contest.
** The Sponsor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
** The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participant. The Sponsor may require information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Sponsor (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.

** All winners will be notified by email.
** All winners must claim their prize within 14 days after our announcement. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.

** By acceptance of the prize, winners consent to the use of their information submitted, for advertising purposes in any and all media, including online announcements, without additional compensation.
** The Sponsor reserves the right to use the information submitted and/or photographs of winners for marketing purposes except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:
** The action of answering the survey questions does not guarantee a win.
** The Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced prizes.
** Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
