“BOICelebratesSRK” Contest:
“BOICelebratesSRK” Contest hereafter called “Contest” will be governed by the following Terms & Conditions:
Participation in the contest is voluntary. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and be bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.

Contest Period:
The contest shall commence at 2 PM from October 19, 2015 and shall terminate at 2 PM on October 26, 2015, this can be changed at the discretion of Box Office India, without any intimation to the participants.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to each and every human being except employees of Box Office India, its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and immediate family members of Select Media Group of Companies are not eligible to participate in the contest

How to Participate, Winners & Prizes:
** Contest will be hosted on Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages. A participant has to be a Facebook, YouTube and/or Twitter user.

** Participants using their Facebook or Twitter or YouTube personal profiles have to like/follow Box Office India. After this participants have to email their entries at boicontest@gmail.com. Only one video per participants is allowed. The video must be in MP4 format. The video once submitted cannot be changed later.

** All participants’ videos will be visible at the “Gallery” section. Box Office India will scrutinize all videos for conditions mentioned under the ambit of “REJECTION/DISQUALIFICATION”. Any video found flouting the “REJECTION/DISQUALIFICATION” terms will be deleted immediately without any prior notice to the participant. Box Office
India cannot be held liable for such action.

** Box Office India reserves the sole rights to shortlist top 05 profiles to further shortlist two profiles.Box Office India shall not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from inter alia personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, or loss of opportunity or reputation (including to enhance one’s reputation) which might be suffered or sustained in connection with the Offer or the prize.

Rejection/Disqualification:
Box Office India reserves the right to disqualify any entry if:
** Participant’s video is not a Birthday wish video.
** Participant’s video does not involve participant’s performance in the video.
** Participant does not own the submitted video

** Any participant’s video or text which is insulting, rude, appalling, insensitive, offensive in nature/ against moral sensibilities shall not be considered for participation and duly rejected right away. We strongly discourage rude or insulting posts or entries, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts, use of abusive language and profane words in your post or for any other participant/s. We may at our sole discretion block all such profiles from the Contest right away.

** Box Office India reserves the right to disqualify any participant / even winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant/winner has breached any of the “Terms and Conditions” of the contest, at its sole discretion.

** Box Office India will do reasonable background check on the activities related to participation in this contest to ensure that only genuine participants win the contest. Box Office India may at its sole discretion also send direct messages to any participant to check upon the person’s participation at the Contest.

** Any participant found to be copying other participants/non-participants video/text or using any unauthorized or copyrighted video/text shall be immediately banned from the Contest. Box Office India shall not be liable for any copyright claims arising so forth. You are solely responsible for all materials, including text/videos, and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

By uploading, submitting, creating, or publishing your content to Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:
(1) you are the creator and owner of or have the exclusive or absolute licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize Box Office India to use in the manner contemplated by Box Office India and these terms and conditions;

(2) your materials do not and will not: (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right or (b) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person (collectively “unsolicited materials”);

(3) you have not previously assigned, licensed, granted or in any way encumbered any right or interest in the materials and your participation in the Contest or the use of the material by Box Office India is not restricted by reason of any agreement, previously or contemporaneously entered into by you, or on your behalf by any third party;

(4) your materials do not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code. Violators of these third-party rights may be subject to criminal and civil liability. Box Office India reserves all rights and remedies against participants who violates these terms and conditions.

** By sending us unsolicited materials you release, waive any claims with regard to, and hold harmless Box Office India, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and their parent corporation, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims of any kind that are or could be asserted with respect to any use, license, sublicense, assignment, reproduction, distribution, creation of derivative works of, public performances, public display, digital performances, sales, offers, distribution, and other uses of any kind of such unsolicited materials in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever. Box Office India expressly reserves the right to remove any submissions or postings at any time for any reason.

** Box Office India shall not be responsible in any manner to anybody including any of the participants for the misuse of any video/text submissions at this Contest. Further, any material, including video/text that you transmit to us or post anywhere on the Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages may be used by Box Office India throughout the world in perpetuity for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, reproduction, adaptation, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, posting and sublicensing, and may be modified to enable or complement any such use, on any mode, medium or format, throughout the world and in perpetuity.

** Any Participant using manipulative means to garner more votes or jeopardise any other Participant’s entry by any means shall be banned from the Contest. Box Office India reserves the right to further shortlist 5 participants in the event of disqualification/rejection of any of the participants.

Winners:
** Box Office India and a jury appointed by Box Office India reserves the sole rights to shortlist 5 participants from the entries received. Their decision on the shortlisted participants is final and binding on all participants.

** Box Office India will do a reasonable check to verify the authenticity of winners/participants. This would include a check on the genuineness of the text/video submitted by the participants. All 5 shortlisted participants may at the sole discretion of Box Office India be required to provide proof of the ownership of the submitted videos.

** The shortlisted participants shall be invariably required to produce valid identity proofs & proof to validate that he/ she is the owner of the submitted video. The shortlisted participants shall be required to provide self-attested proof of identity, proof of residence, email copy and all other necessary documents for verification. In case of the validation failure, the selection in top 5 will be immediately cancelled.

** All 5 shortlisted participants must submit all documents required by Box Office India at its sole discretion for review in the manner communicated by Box Office India within the timelines communicated to the participant. In case the shortlisted participants fail to contact the specified person on or before the designated date i.e. 28th October, 2015 or a date and time as communicated by Box Office India the shortlisted participants shall be deemed to have surrendered the spot and Box Office India will have the right to select another participant. Box Office India may, without advance notice cancel, suspend or postpone the contest at any time, at its sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions:
** The ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein and as amended/ modified from time to time as mentioned at the Box Office India’s website boxofficeindia.co.in shall apply to this Contest. Box Office India reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

** In case of change in date of event or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond control of Box Office India, Box Office India shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever. These terms and conditions will be governed by laws of India. Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.

** Participants who have not attained the age of majority i.e. 18 shall be required to get a written consent from the parent/ guardian in order to claim prize. Winners must claim the prize & submit all documents for reviews in the manner communicated by Box Office India. In case the winner fails to contact the specified person on or before the designated date i.e 28th October, 2015 or a date and time as communicated by Box Office India the Winner shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize/s and Box Office India may at its sole discretion select another winner.

** To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Box Office India, and its affiliates, partners, licensors and suppliers disclaim all warranties, statutory, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, all with regards to the Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages and the services and products offered through the Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages.

** The Contest and materials on the Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages or otherwise made available by Box Office India do not in any way guarantee success, derived benefits, reward, compensation or any other tangible or intangible payback or benefits of any sort whatsoever and Box Office India does not in any way warrant such success, derived benefits, reward, compensation or any tangible or intangible payback or rewards in any manner whatsoever.

Changes To The Terms And Conditions:
We may change these conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to check regularly, in order to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Box Office India’s Facebook, YouTube & Twitter Pages and registration with and participation at the Contest after the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

For any material changes to these Terms and Conditions, Box Office India will make reasonable effort to provide notice to you of such amended Terms and Conditions, such as by an email notification to your registered email address with Box Office India or by posting a notice on the Box Office India website, and such amended terms will be effective immediately against you.
