Terms & Condition

** These terms and conditions (terms) govern the conduct of the campaign titled “Smile Squad”( campaign) organized, conducted and brought to you by Gionee India private limited (‘Gionee’).
** Participation in this campaign is voluntary.
** The campaign is open for citizens of India only who are aged 18 years and above, but excludes employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.
** By participating in this campaign, the participants accept the terms and conditions of entry as specified here in totality. If any one do not agree or cannot comply with any of the terms, then please do not participate in the campaign.
** This campaign is open from 10th Dec 2017 and ends on 31st Jan 2018 (‘campaign period’).

To participate in the Smile Squad, the participant needs to do the following:
** Consumer buys a Gionee phone.
** Consumer get a scratch card & a chance to play Spin the Wheel contest on Gionee website.
** Consumer scratch the card and redeem the gift directly at the retail counter.
** To play Spin the Wheel consumer needs to registers himself in Smile Squad program on Gionee website: https://gionee.co.in/
** Consumer gets a unique ID post verification of IMEI.
** Consumer win gifts as per Spin the Wheel contest.
** Consumer can shares the celebration of the Smile Squad on social media platforms.
** All entries received after the campaign period shall be considered as null and void and shall not be considered.
** The winners will be announced on the website, or in such other form and manner, in the sole discretion of Gionee.

Spin the Wheel Contest Prizes

One entry in Spin the Wheel contest means one purchase of Gionee phone. Consumer get entry in Spin the Wheel contest basis Gionee phone purchase during 10th Dec,2017 – 31st January 2018.

Couple Round Trip

** Couple round trip is non- transferable
** Couple round trip prize is upto 80000/-
** Couple Round Trip cannot be redeemed as a cash
** Prize Amount include Airfare and Hotel Stay only.
** VISA and Passport arrangements to be taken care by the winner.
** All taxes to be borne by the winner only.
** Travel dates are subject to availability of Flight and Hotel.
** Couple round trip prize can be redeemed by winner only post campaign date ends (31st January 2018) and vaild till 31st March, 2018.

Bike

** Bike Prize is upto Rs. 70000/- (ex showroom price).
** All taxes to be borne by the winner only.
** Bike Prize can be redeemed by the winner only post campaign date ends (31stJanuary, 2018) and vaild till 31st March, 2018.

Note :
** Spin the Wheel Contest Prize to be redeemed post campaign period ends (31st January,2018) and valid till 31st March,2018.
** The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
** Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the campaign and/or to claim the prize, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the winner and Gionee shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
** Gionee reserves the right to disqualify any participant(s)/ winner from participating in the campaign if the participant(s)/ winner are found to be in breach of any provisions of these terms.
** The decision of Gionee in this regard shall be final and binding upon the participant(s)/ winner and the participant(s)/ winner shall not at any time challenge and/or dispute such decision of Gionee.
** Gionee shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this campaign.
** Gionee reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any/ all of the terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without prior notice.

** No Gionee employee, retailer, ND & GSC should take part in this contest directly or indirectly
** Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts only based out of new delhi. The existence of dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Gionee.
