Panasonic The Pastry Chef Contest

1. This contest is conducted by Panasonic India Private Limited (“Organizer”).
2. Contest Period is from 18th December 2017 to 25th December 2017, in India only.

3. All participants should visit and follow Panasonic India Facebook page

Eligibility

4. Participants should be Indian residents.
5. Participants must include #ThePastryChef in their entry.
6. All the recipes that participants share must be of the cake that has been baked using a microwave. Along with the recipes, all participants must share the images of the cake baked by them.

Winner Announcement

7. On 10th January, 2018 Organizer will announce 1 Grand Prize Winner and top 4 runner up entries only on Facebook. Panasonic team will be contacting the winners on Facebook & will ask for their contact details and identity verification document.

8. Amongst all the entries received, Panasonic in-house chef (Chef) will decide the winner of 1 Grand Prize recipe and top 4 runner ups. Winners will be decided as per Chef’s sole discretion, the criteria for winner and runner up selection won’t be shared with any participant in any case whatsoever.

Prize

9. 1 Grand Prize Winner be rewarded with a Panasonic Microwave model NN-ST2666BFDG 20L SOLO. The Top 4 runner ups will get one bowl set each.

Contest Terms

10. The entries will be screened for defamatory content/language.
11. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
12. Panasonic is not responsible for prizes that are lost in the mail/transit.

13. The Contest is valid for Indian Residents, except employees and family members of Organizer and its affiliates / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant”).

14. The participation in the Contest is voluntary.

15. The Contest is just for engaging customers or prospects and there is neither any relation to any sort of gambling, lottery etc nor Organizer/ its agency has any intention of harming any sentiments of society/ persons who do not qualify.

16. Any Participant who manipulates the Contest in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of Organizer.

17. Organizer reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Contest or to withdraw it completely.

18. Organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion and without cause, to disqualify any individual from participating in the Contest. Organizer also reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold/forfeit any Prize won by Participants suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions.

19. Contest shall be void in any state where prohibited by law. In such case, Organizer shall not be liable to provide any free gift to the Participant on any account.
